- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,020 reviewsAmazing value for money and would definitely come back again. The staff was super helpful and could speak multiple languages. Even those who weren't fluent in English were very helpful and made me feel like my touristy French was top notch 😅 The location is excellent! 1 min walk from ski lifts, ski rental store at the ground floor, close to a shop. And the hotel also offers free locker indoors to keep your ski gear and make sure it's dry for you the next day. The in-house Spa was perfect to unwind and relax sore muscles after a day of skiing with sauna/steam room or even a massage at great value for money. And if you don't feel like paying extra there is a heated indoor pool and hot tub you can access for free as a guest. The suite was very comfortable, clean and quite well stocked with appliances in you wanted to cook a meal. And the heavy blackout blinds allowed me to have a very deep sleep undisturbed by the sunrise or outdoor lights.Guest review byAlinaMalta
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 49 reviewsThe hotel offers apartments right next to a slope. We had a ground floor apartment, which was perfect for our dog, and overlooked the piste. We could literally ski to our backdoor everyday. Hotel is dog friendly and the rooms are spacious even for our big shepherd. The pool and spa area is big, with plenty of deck chairs, 2 hot tubs, 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms! Again this looks out onto the slopes! There are a few restaurants nearby to dine out from, there is also a restaurant that delivers fondue equipment and ingredients at night so you can cook in your room. We stayed over Christmas and it was amazing, can't recommend enough.Guest review byNatashaUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very good - What previous guests thought, 42 reviewsThe hotel is perfectly located in the ski resorts, metres away from the ski school and ski lifts. Absolutely perfect for beginners. The hotel has 50 rooms which is little for an all-in resort and therefore makes it very agreeable with a fantastic dynamic. The buffet for each type of food is fantastic, way better than expected and suitable for all ages. There have been loads of improvements I assume. The main highlight is without a doubt the kindness of all staff and the animation team. They all did the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay.Guest review byJeremyAustria
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Superb - What previous guests thought, 226 reviewsExtremely nice personnel. Very pleasant and clean apartments, providing everything you might need with very good beds. Close to the sky slopes and sky school, a very well stocked mini-market and a nice restaurant are also in the neighborhood. Since everything we needed was at a very short walking distance, the underground parking offered was just perfect. We enjoyed also the SPA facilities.Guest review byElviraBelgium

I was motorcycling the Route des Grandes Alpes with a friend. This hotel was at a convenient location after descending the col de Izoard at the end of our first full day. The temperature outside was 34c. The hotel provided exactly the kind of break we needed after quite a demanding day. After food and refreshment, a good nights sleep and a superb breakfast we felt well prepared for our next day's riding. I'd recommend this stop to anyone else doing the same trip!Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
I went to Termignon on recommendation of a hiking guidebook.
I went to Termignon on recommendation of a hiking guidebook. It's a very good base for exploring the Maurienne valley as it's roughly situated at the midpoint. Lanslebourg (up the valley), and Aussois & Modane (down the valley) have more amenities than Termignon, but it has the essentials. Moreover, it's easy to get to the others by bus or car. There are numerous trails to hike or mountain bike. There are also several via ferratas in the valley, from easy (F) to extremely difficult (ED), many concentrated at Fort Victor Emmanuel. Besides the valley itself, there's also the Vanoise National Park and Lac Mont Cenis that are well worth exploring. If you're up for a challenge there's the Tour of the Vanoise Glaciers - the mountain huts (refuges) are excellent but you need to book in advance as they are very popular.Guest review byJonathanUnited Kingdom - 8.0

The Maurienne valley is absolutely stunning, once you get past the "industrial" bit, with a scattering of lesser known ski resorts (to brits). Spectacular views and access to some remarkable ski tours make this a great area to visit. A car is a definite bonus, though there are regular buses to other areas. We only ate at the Vieille Poste - 3 times, no need to go elsewhere! Most of Lanslebourg has avoided the architectural ugliness of many other ski resorts, and some bits are genuinely lovely.Guest review byPERRYUnited Kingdom - 8.0

I liked the tranquility of the place and the access to other stations in the Val Cenis area. However you need a car as there no effective shuttle service. I was touched by the Pleureuse memorial to the First War dead.Guest review byRupertUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Location was great and everything is on site that we needed.
Location was great and everything is on site that we needed. Very close to ski lift/ski school. Apartment was comfortable and appreciate all the small touches. Ski locker on the ground floor, a massive bonus. One toilet for 6 adults is not really enough but we managed. We had 2 showers at least. Disappointed that the spa facilities were closed as that was a big reason for booking but we did get told in advance that they wouldn’t be open. Pool was too cold, only went in once.Guest review byFrancescaUnited Kingdom
