This property was absolutely perfect. It was super clean, very spacious and had everything you could possibly need and more. My kids loved the fact there was a tv in the bedroom aswell as the sitting room. There was plenty of towels etc. The bed was really comfy as was the couch. Everything was brilliant and probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in. All of the staff were really friendly and polite and could communicate well in English if needed. Breakfast was superb. Overall a brilliant stay. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris especially wanting to stay close to the airport. Taxi is quite pricy and was €40 euro. They do have a shuttle service for €5 however I instead used the free bus, the (43) bus stop is just outside the hotel slightly further up the road and took me straight to the airport (terminal 3).

    CDG remains, in my experience, one of the most frustrating airports to travel through. While the infrastructure is modern and the processes are organized, there’s a severe lack of flexibility and staffing—especially during peak travel periods. Families with young children are often sent to a dedicated passport control line, which ends up being the slowest. There’s no prioritization, no assistance, and no real effort to improve the experience. I was even denied my stroller at the gate, forcing me to carry my children through long corridors, only to receive it much later with oversized baggage. To make matters worse, I’ve faced multiple unpleasant situations here. On one occasion, a security staff member pressured me into something I did not consent to, and I had to firmly stand my ground. Another time, despite being a Platinum traveler, the check-in operator insisted on charging me for an extra bag I was entitled to for free. Mistakes happen, but instead of resolving the situation calmly, the agent turned to the queue and blamed me for the delay, which escalated tension. I had to involve a supervisor to de-escalate the scene. Sadly, this airport seems to lack a culture of service and respect, which makes each visit more exhausting than the last.

    The hotel was very clean with great facilities, the staff was very friendly and efficient. The big plus was to have the restaurant downstairs with a great buffet so we didn’t have to go anywhere else for diner. The shuttle to the airport was very good but a little expensive for the duration of the trip. Also, it didn’t take us all the way to our terminal so we had to walk a very long way through all the other terminals with our luggage to get to the check in.

    Cheap.

    Cheap. Very small and basic with a non requested extra bunk making room feel even smaller. Toilet seat was broken. The wash basin was not clean. Room very dilapidated with rusty stained fittings. Was ok to stop one night so close to Paris.

    This is the worst hotel I have ever been to and would never recommend it to anyone. On September 4, 2024, I spent one night there and awakened early to have my breakfast so I could take the bus to the airport afterwards. When I came out to the self-serve breakfast area at 6:30 a.m., I passed by the receptionist — who was assisting two guests. I proceeded to serve myself some breakfast, and she looked up at me disdainfully and demanded to know my room number. After I gave her my room number, she reprimanded me in front of the guests and told me that my stay did not include breakfast. I told her that I assumed it did because I had spent a previous night there, and it came with breakfast. She continued to reprimand and humiliate me in front of the guests until I told her that I would leave the breakfast there; to which she replied, “As you wish!” This woman was fuming over something so minor. Had she taken me aside and explained the situation, I would have paid for the breakfast. I then went back to my room and checked out. Before I left, I reminded her that the hotel wall in the dining room area read, “Welcome to our home.” I told her that she did not make me feel welcomed at all. I left in the dark and walked in the rain to the bus stop. What should have been the ending of a wonderful vacation for me turned out to be a nightmare. As far as I’m concerned, this woman is in desperate need of a course in Etiquettes and Manners for Hotel Staff/Front Office Staff. Plus Jamais!

    Just a good option to stay nearby Paris. Good connection to the city by local trains - about 20 minutes to city center, different grocery shops with good prices. So if you want to visit Paris you can stay in Argenteuil.

    Pleasant well kept satellite town outside Paris. Local residents were very friendly and helpful. Some local shops appeared to be closed but still enough small shops in the local area for basic provisions and two large supermarkets near the train station. Easy access to city and Charles De Gaulle airport.

    Not a tourist area so relatively cheap compared to other places. Train to Paris cost 10 euro return and took about 40 minutes direct to Eiffel Tower. Herblay is a busy place with plenty of shops and places to eat and lovely walks along the river. We ate at Din's factory on the commercial shopping centre and it was approx 14 euro for 2 courses and a drink. There are also plenty of local bakeries and smaller independent eating places.

    We liked the convenience to the airport, trains to Paris and buses to nearby shopping centres. We ate at the restaurant at the hotel, convenient , simple and not too expensive. Yes, we found it easy to get around Roissy- en- France and coming back from Paris was like a breath of fresh air. Was very hot in France during our stay, so was a relief to get back to an airconditioned room and hotel
