RussiaI was traveling alone with my 16yo son and big dog by car across France and Italy. It was the best place to stay!! I found it as a random place on map, but definitely would return there. It’s very peaceful and charming place with stylish rooms, delicious breakfast served under gorgeous tree and the most friendly host I’ve ever met!
Hotel surrounded by beautiful fields but in the same time it’s just in 15-20 min walk from the center of medieval city Fayence. In 20-30 min by car there is wonderful lake and a lot of other activities.
Hotel has large garden, privet parking (free of charge) and pets are welcomed there.

There are numerous small, independent shops and restaurants in the village and there are several major supermarkets within a few miles. Great location for visiting the south of France by car.
Great location for visiting the south of France by car. Roads are a bit tight as it is a mountainous perched village. Accommodation at Villa Magnolia is amazing: There is a pizza and burger place; a few restaurants including restaurant Chez Hugo which is a bit more upmarket and experimental food. Lots of art galleries and a gift shop. Supermarket express close to city centre and a bigger supermarket in a neighbouring town. Having recently sold our villa in a nearby village, we know the area well. Fayence is the largest of a number of nearby hill top villages, all with quaint cobbled streets and beautiful views. There is a choice of supermarkets and excellent boulangeries within easy reach. Attractive little place (as are Fayence, which is underrated, and Seillans, which is slightly overrated). Only there briefly - as mainly we stayed in the nearby Terre Blanche golf/spa resort - but very nice.
