She was always available to help me with anything, from borrowing tupperwares, giving me a ride to other places, and answering my billion questions. She is a terrific host who welcomed me into the beautiful village of Saint Aignan and I couldn't have asked for better! I highly recommend staying in this acommodation, it is very clean, comfortable and with all the necessary items in a house :D Thank you very much!!

St Aignan is definitely worth a trip and Chez Effat et Marie is centrally located near great restaurants and the river and is great value for money. Check in and out was easy. The owners were friendly and answered our emails really quickly. Definitely recommend.

An interesting town, at least in the older central area...
An interesting town, at least in the older central area around the church (or cathedral). Seemed full of life with interesting shops and restaurants. Also a wide selection of local wines on sale. Although we chose one of the wettest times to see St Aignan, I can imagine on a nice sunny day with the bars, cafes and restaurants open it would be even more lovely.
