- From US$187.80 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 2,933 reviewsThe staff were very friendly and the food (dinner & breakfast) was delicious. The room was very cosy. The bed was comfortable and we had 2 pillows each which was nice. The information folder was very helpful. The room had a kettle with coffee, tea & hot chocolate. The bathroom was modern and had a bath. The nightstands had bottled water. There were many power sockets. The lights could also be turned on & off on the wall next to the bed which was very useful. Very content with everything & happy to have had this experience.Guest review bySamanthaBelgium

Cottage was exactly what was advertised, good facilities, clean and provided all the essentials like washing up liquid, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, even milk and biscuits. The only issue was parking as the space is okay for a small car but we had a 4x4 and it was difficult to park and only just managed to get off road, could not then get to outside seating or dustbin. No offroad parking as notices outside all surrounding houses stating parking.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

It's a quiet peaceful place, the roads are narrow and bendy, but very pretty and to be honest what you would expect in the countryside. The hosts Toni and Dan are very helpful and friendly nothing is too much bother for them, which is lovely. The caravan was very clean and comfortable. We mainly came down to visit our grown up kids, but also wanted a nice peaceful break which we had in rivermeade. We visited the old inn for a drink and a meal, which was very nice, tho a bit on the pricey side in our view.Guest review byBarnes - 10.0

The availability of food at all hours of the day and breakfast between 8am and 10.30am( This is a particularly useful schedule.)Although I spend my time between London and France these days, my spiritual home is Sennen Cove where I come from, and the story of Jamaica Inn is obviously well known to me. The museum has a running brief on the Inn which is helpful to guests . On this basis the management may wish to consider a ‘Film Evening ‘ showing Jamaica Inn starring Charles Laughton and Maureen O ‘Hara. which is based on Daphne Du Maurier’s book. The film is in black and white and very atmospheric. Perhaps the dress mode could be of the period to add to the atmosphere still more. The main breakfast restaurant would be an excellent location such a manifestation. Anyway, the above is just a thought I have thought about on a couple of occasions I have stayed. Very best wishes. Mike Tregear.Guest review byMichaelUnited Kingdom - 8.0

6 caravan site with owners on site in their house behind us. Lovely hosts. Very peaceful site, adults only, no pets.Spotlessly clean. Perfect for a quiet self catering get away off the beaten track. Resident woodpecker in large tree stump next to us was the icing on the cake for my partner! Amazing scenery and sunsets.Guest review byJulieUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Hotel lovely and clean, don’t put people in a dog friendly room if not asked for, there was also 5 dogs in the bar where we were eating and one dog constantly yapped and barked all evening which you don’t need when relaxing and eating your meal. The night we stayed was full of dogs not a good look for a lovely hotelGuest review byLyndaUnited Kingdom - 8.0
