Lisa is the most wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. Gave us a number of suggestions where to go and have dinner, Rhossili was the the bedroom we had with a stunning view of Swansea bay. Wonderful bathroom with a slipper bath and shower. Welsh cakes in the room with a great selection of teas and coffee. Breakfast was cooked to order with an amazing selection of pastries, cake, fruit salad and fruit. As a parting gift Lisa gave us slices of her homemade apple cake. The house is very close to many bars and restaurants and the seafront. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Good location. Not too far from bars and restaurants. A bit of a walk to the Mumbles but there was a path all the way there and we enjoy walking. Our host was very helpful and messaged us with useful local information during our stay.

The hosts were amazing and really informative, even gave things to do in the area and as we had never been. i thought this was a really lovely touch, all the little details like the signing book, the little tea basket, the view was amazing and it was very clean and put together, would definitely recommend to anyone especially couples,it is definitely worth making the trip, even if you are a little further away we traveled about 4 hours and it was soo worth it. Definitely will be back.

Comfortable and very clean apartment and the owner was very friendly showing me around. Location was perfect and we both had a very relaxing break. Loved the extra touches e.g. milk, tea and coffee provided and even a bottle of sparkling wine to see in the new year which was a lovely touch. Will look to come again.

There were a variety of restaurants within walking distance with access to the coast path. I walked to Caswell bay and back one day and had another wonderful day at Rhossili. I was impressed at how the area had been made accessible - a great concreted coast path Mumbles to Langland Bay with changing places toilets at Caswell bay and Rhossili.

You need to know Llangennith (particularly the Kinds Head pub) is inland from the the beach. To access the beach you can go to either Hillend or Broughton Bay. Hillend is entry through a campsite and parking is £6. However, there are good facilities like washrooms and Cafe that can be used by visitors, the Cafe is particularly good.

Sea wall is undergoing maintenance, so there are lots of cranes and tractors, temporary fencing, blocked paths etc, so not the best time to visit. I’m also not keen on all the new chain restaurants, but they seem very popular. Slightly out of mumbles, the beaches are still beautiful and easily accessible by public transport.

Lovely place to stay, short drive to beaches, well stocked shop, bar and restaurant if you want food and drink, very nice food too,we booked a classic caravan for four people, nice van, spotlessly clean, kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the park, only downside there were no outside table or chairs and no dryer for clothes, had to make a make shift line out of rope I had in the car, otherwise lovely place to stay.

I loved the location because it if off the beaten track. Unmade up roads so a little tricky driving to the property which meant it was always peaceful. Lots of wonderful walks on the doorstep. Car had a rest for the week! Friendly neighbours.

Super place with lots to do but at the same time, quiet, peaceful and relaxing. Beautiful beaches within a mile. We actually stayed in Scurlage, just outside Reynoldston. Chips Ahoy fish and chip shop was amazing with large, thick and tasty cod available. The buses are excellent in the area but do expect hold ups on the narrow roads if you are in a larger vehicle! The Brittania Inn, is worth a visit, if you get chance.

The location is great whether you want to explore the local area on foot, or get a bus or drive to other parts of the Gower Peninsula. The beach is stunning and there are miles of footpaths within easy reach, lots of sites of local interest/history, great pubs for food and drink, and stunning views from every viewpoint. We loved exploring Port Eynon beach and the nearby headland with the salt house, Culver Hole and Labyrinth. We had a fantastic walk around Rhosili and the Worms Head, just a 15 minute drive away. We enjoyed a trip to Weobley Castle with another walk around that area, and the incredible Oxwich and Three Cliffs Bays are just along the coast, a nice walk or an easy drive.

    Fabulous!

Fabulous! Beach, hotel, cafe / fish & chips, michelin star Beach house restaurant, camping and holiday cottage options, all within a 1k radius. Beach is dog friendly year-round. Beach saunas were a novel extra surprise. Lots walking/hikes in the area. Rhossili and worm’s head nearby. Lovely beer garden at the Britannia inn, Llanmadoc too.
