The air was much more refreshen than Accra.
The air was much more refreshen than Accra. It was easy access to the Castle, other touristic sites and shorter distance to Kumasi. Getting around was by small taxis that was always available, fast but don't expect air condition.Guest review byEricUnited States - 10.0
Loved everything - rooms, view, environment and cleanliness.
Loved everything - rooms, view, environment and cleanliness. There's the need to improve the directional signage to be more visible especially at night. Is it possible to also light up the road from the main road to the facility???Guest review byEvebabsGhana - 10.0
The Beach House was an idyllic spot just 20 minutes away...
The Beach House was an idyllic spot just 20 minutes away from Elmina. It is located in Ankwanda, a small beach village. Frank, Maggie and Mary made our stay so great. Maggie the chef made some of the best dishes using freshly caught fish - every day the food was more and more delicious - the peanut protein shake and any fish dish is recommended. The beach house is literally on the beach, so you can stroll straight onto the beach to go for a swim in the sea or a walk - everyone is super sweet and friendly. Likewise you can just stay on the loungers or one of balconies overlooking the beach and Ankwanda - it's the perfect spot to watch the sun go up and down. The Wi-Fi and electricity worked really well the whole stay. You can walk to Elmina which takes about an hour (but recommend you go early to avoid the hot sun), and getting out and about is relatively easy as taxis know AnkwandaGuest review byBhavikUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Brenu is on the sea front and the view was scenic.
Brenu is on the sea front and the view was scenic. Food was the best part as it was always fresh and hot. Great for vegetarians and Vegans. Not too far off the main road, but could be missed if not watching out. Lots of attractions to see. We visited Cape Coast Castle one of the days which is a place to visit. Lots of open space for the children and refreshing breeze from the sea. Warm welcoming Service from Owner and Staff.Guest review byLehonaGhana - 10.0
The hotel itself was very nice.
The hotel itself was very nice. The staff and facilities were great. My only issue was that when you ask for something and are told,” No problem we can do that.!” you expect it to be done. Big let down.Guest review byOliverGhana
