Lovely, family-run property. Gorgeous view from the balcony. 10 minutes' walk from the ferry wharf (most of it flat, a bit of an uphill slope at the end, but worth it!) Minimarket nearby.

This is my third stay at the Hotel Minoa. It's a great place to stay right on the port in Katapola. The owners, Stamatis and Ioanna are excellent hosts and are always only too pleased to help. I stayed for 3 nights in a double room with a balcony, giving a great view of the harbour below. Breakfast is available. The cafe on the ground floor serves tasty pastries, cakes and other goodies, together with cool drinks, beer etc.

Overlooking Aegiali’s sandy beach, Hotel Vigla is located in the traditional village of Tholaria.
