great and easy check-in/check-out, very friendly host, willing to provide tips and tricks for the island. nice rooms, brand new building and surroundings, charming church right near the hotel. easy to reach from the (new) port. very nice selection of coffee in the room.

Yayaki exceeded our expectations for pretty much everything. It’s truly a luxury boutique hotel but at a much better price point than other places we looked in to. The rooms are spacious and have great design features, and the pool / breakfast area is beautiful. We really appreciated the staff who were very accommodating and helpful, and also thought the breakfast was full of options and delicious. Spetses is a great island to explore, I would recommend getting a scooter or ATV and going to all the beaches. They are easy to find, and the water is crystal clear. You will not be disappointed :)

Fantastic, excellent, amazing, and exceeded my expectations. Visiting again for sure, can't wait to experience it once more. Good, clean hotel room. I was told when I checked in that if I wanted my room cleaned and refreshed every day, I needed to had over my room key to the desk staff and tell them to send the cleaner up to my room; it worked perfectly. The mattress was new, hence a little hard some would say, but it’s better for your back! I found it very comfortable. Location-wise, the hotel is excellent and extremely central, a gem, charming, right in the heart of the island. The staff were very helpful, they went over and beyond, plus they were always cheerful. Happy to learn your needs and point you in the right direction. The owner: family-run hotel, who rescued an architecturally beautiful and run-down building and has been gradually renovating the hotel during wintertime. The guests don't see or hear any of the renovation works, it happens behind the scenes, but they do gradually go on not seen or heard. The old lift in the hotel has a little of a modern sparkle about it, but it is delightful and has a lovely musical tinkle when in the lift, a must-experience. Most of the hotel rooms have sea views, but if you don't have a sea view, don't be alarmed, you will have a lovely spacious clean room with a view and perhaps and balcony, but if not whatever room you get: large or small, it is clean, comfortable and perfect for a beach holiday! After all it is an island and for what you are paying for a large or small room, balcony or not, you’re still getting an en-suite and great value for money; on a beach holiday, you’re out all the time enjoying the sea and sun and local cuisines, not sitting in the hotel room! It really is value for money and more! It has a lift, and the building has character. My room was very comfortable.

The accommodation is first class, as is the host Aurelia. It is extremely clean and well maintained. Plenty of hot water and fresh towels daily and only 4 or 5 minutes walk to the shops, restaurants, bars and the beach.

The garden in the hotel was so nice, with beautiful lemon trees. The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. They made me feel at home and gave me good tips for the island!
