We're going back. It's that good.
We're going back. It's that good. Amazing place on the water. It's like a mini Monte Carlo. Everything good about it, but none of the bad. No crowds, just casual vacationing and evening strolls after amazing meals. Beaches and water sports, sailing, food, scenery, hikes, and more. Love this place.Guest review byRussUnited States - 10.0

Hotel Vrata Krka is perfectly located to explore the national park. Walk two minutes to the park reception office, buy tickets, get on the shuttle bus, and arrive at the entrance to the circular walk through the ponds and waterfalls of Krka. Plus several fast food places are next door. Perfect location !Guest review byWm. SamuelUnited States - 8.0
The short walk into Sinj centre was lovely.
The short walk into Sinj centre was lovely. There was many little shops and cafe's/bars. We did find that there didnt seem to be any other English travellers and one lovely waitor in a bar did tell us that they dont usually get tourists around the area, normally just locals. Lovely bakeries with fresh breads and pastriesGuest review byChloeUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Small town on the hill.
Small town on the hill. Blue and red lakes are unique as well as city stadium ( you can swimm in blue lake) . Also old fortress which lie on the rocks. City center with old stone houses and bars is very nice. Bonus: statue of old Mercedes benz, as a tribute to people who went to work in Germany in 20th century.Guest review byD - 8.0
The Knin town is little town, but it has a lot to offer.
The Knin town is little town, but it has a lot to offer. For a beer lovers I would recommend the pub in the main town street and craft beer Kraljevsko is must try and it is some hundred meters away from the pub. Knin fortress is nearby and it offers a lot of history and best views of surrounding area. Also for a snack visit La Rosa pizzeria. Waterfall Krcic is also must visit, but bring spare clothes if you decide to walk across the wooden bridge in front of the waterfall ;)Guest review byStre4Croatia - 4.0

There's not much in Dugopolje unless you're going to visit the limestone cave (which I didn't have time for). It looks more like a giant industrial park than a town. Suitable for staying overnight on your way to somewhere else.Guest review byKarl Wolf-MorgenlanderUnited States - 10.0

From here there are many possibilities for trips to the surrounding area. In the morning we climbed in the Čikola Canyon, and in the afternoon we went on tourist trips (Krka National Park, Knin, Šibenik...). Area is also great for cycling.Guest review byAjdaSlovenia - 10.0

A beautiful harbour town with great bars and restaurants along the river. There’s a lovely swimming beach too and an easy walk up to the fortress overlooking the town. We walked the 4km along the river to the Waterfalls and national park - and got the ferry back - definitely worth a visit!Guest review bySueUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Small town packed with history and culture.
Small town packed with history and culture. Great museums and of course the Shrine of our Lady of Sinj. Be sure to try the prosciutto and homemade cheeses the area is famous for in one of many "Konobas" or small taverns.Guest review byMary AnnCroatia - 10.0

Imotski is situated on the slopes of Podi hill just above the Imotski plane. The oldest traces of life in the wider surroundings of the town originate from prehistory with some findings from classical era. On the cliff overlooking the Blue Lake, the strong fortress Topana was built in early medieval age. In 10th century, it was the centre of one of eleven counties in the Croatian kingdom. In late 15th century, the fortress was conquered by Osman EmpireGuest review byKristīneLatvia
