- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 428 reviewsCame for the second time this year to this little paradise. The staff welcomed us so kindly and is very warm, inviting and genuine. You can feel the good atmosphere amongst the staff and the guests wo stay there. Special thanks to Kristina, Sara, Nikola (both of them!), Dino, Bojan.. who made us feel so welcome. You can party on the island, have a nice quiet evening or enjoy the nature and the beaches. It’s calm and lively at the same time. The beach bars and the city centre are only a few minutes walking distance away from the hotel, but you can’t hear the music from the streets in the hotel, it is the perfect location. The only thing that was a bit agonising to look at, were the long sleeved outfits on the staff in 35 degrees weather. One coworker had to wear a sleeve because his arm was tattooed, which we thought wasn’t necessary on such hot summer days. All in all, one of the best hotels we stayed at, will gladly be back.Guest review byLaBosnia and Herzegovina
- From MYR 929.73 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.0Very good - What previous guests thought, 984 reviewsAll the contents that the resort offers are extraordinary. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and very clean. The location of the resort offers a complete vacation for all generations, with many beautiful beaches, promenades and bike paths. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, which further increases the value of the service. And only the food. A very diverse range of delicious food enriched with the flavors of the Mediterranean but also interesting delicacies from Turkish cuisine that we were delighted with. In any case, a great newly discovered location that I will appreciate visiting again.Guest review byBeganovicBosnia and Herzegovina
- From MYR 863.66 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.3Good - What previous guests thought, 624 reviewsFirstly, I would like to mention that the staff was very polite and friendly. Secondly, the location of the hotel is fantastic, surrounded by numerous bigger and smaller sea beaches. The distance to the centre of the town is just a short distance. You get what you pay for. This is marked as 3 star hotel and really it is not more. But the room and the food was good quality. The hotel has lots of potential, so hopefully they will invest in basic renovation soon as we would love to come back soon!Guest review bySigitaUnited Kingdom

A huge thank you to Marco, Jovan, Alai, Barbara, Ivan, and every single member of the staff – you are all incredible people and made us feel like part of a big family from the very first moment. Your kindness, smiles, and warmth made this more than just a vacation – it was a truly special experience that we’ll never forget. We already miss you all and hope to see you again soon! - Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Superb - What previous guests thought, 153 reviewsÀ la carte breakfast! omg! Amazing! We stayed in Croatia for 10 days and stayed in 5 star hotels in Dubrovnik, Split and Hvar. We got buffet breakfast in the other hotels, so you cannot compare the breakfast here! No complaints. Staff were amazing and attentive. The location was so central, right at the port, so only 2 min walk from where the ferry dropped us off. Also hotel is next to bars and restaurants.Guest review byValerieIreland

Hvar centre is over priced and if you do not get recommendations where to eat you could end up paying a lot of money for poor quality meals. The island itself is beautiful and worth exploring on your on own. Jelsa would be a much better based than Hvar old town, where a glass of wine is half the price!Guest review byPhilG75United Kingdom - 6.0

Looking nice, but strange that after 23h everything is sleepy....restaurants and caffes are closed after 23h, and shop is working till midnight. No fun at all in the evening, but nice beaches and pine trees around. Restaurants in general are disappointment, overprized, with low quality of food.Guest review bySSerbia - 10.0

Personally, I love the island of Hvar and no stay in this place is long enough for me. Jelsa is a great resort that offers many great restaurants, authentic shops with local products, but especially a rich cultural program. The same applies to the neighboring village of Vrboska. I recommend renting a bicycle for the entire stay and getting to know the beauty of the island in this way - be it natural beaches, old streets or vineyards.Guest review byDenis - 10.0
Beautiful quiet and friendly location.
Beautiful quiet and friendly location. Well worth the extra effort to travel a bit further. Very unspoilt with lots of passing yachts calling in for overnight stops or longer. About a dozen or so places to eat, very friendly people. Pint of lager 3.5 euros. A lovely glass of local white wine 4 euros. Four coffees about 10 euros. Beautiful food, especially if you want fresh fish straight out the sea. 👌😎Guest review byPetaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Sucuraj is a peaceful, charming town, perfect for a relaxing stay away from the crowds. The sea is very close, so you can reach the beach easily from almost anywhere. There are plenty of good restaurants serving local dishes. Another big advantage is its location right by the ferry, so you don’t need to drive across the entire island on narrow, winding roads.Guest review byJacek - 10.0

The accommodation is located right by the beach and the locality is quiet with not many tourists. There was everything we needed in the apartment. The terrace was very spacious and overlooked the sea with the beach. There are wooden shutters to eliminate the sun and mosquito nets in every window. The apartment is very quiet at night due to the tight windows and shutters. The kitchen is well-equipped with a spacious dining table and a large sitting room. One of the bedrooms has a door leading to the terrace with a sea view, which was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the large terrace on comfortable sunbeds, which I think is the best part of the apartment. The owners provided us with beach towels and beach mats. There is a small bakery right behind the house with fresh pastry and bread, and a grocery store 500m far from the house. There is a lovely restaurant by the beach with nice food, and another one just a 15-minute walk from the apartment, Skalinada restaurant, with amazing views and a great menu of fish and seafood.Guest review byIlonaUnited Kingdom - 10.0
It's very remote and quiet. We loved it.
It's very remote and quiet. We loved it. The hotel picked us up from Hvar Port (at a cost) and drove us back - thankfully. Food was amazing. Beginning of the season so staff were still new. They just need to offer a few activities like a boat trip or something. Otherwise quite lovely.Guest review byTW1102Australia - 10.0
Nice place for families woth small children.
Nice place for families woth small children. Small village, mostly tourist houses. Nice beach, everything walking distance. Very quiet, only one restaurant, one shop (a bit to small, to get everything one would need) and few bars. I suggest you try the local vine, sold next to the supermarket. At the end of August the is a fishermen festival, where you can taste fish and other sea food. ATTENTION: The road from Jelsa to Ivan Dolac is very narrow and curvy, some sections are a bit unpleasant. It didn't bother us, but if you are not used to drive on such roads, then it might be very stressful for you (you will need to take the road it least a few times, since there is only a small shop and one reastaurant in Ivan Dolac, for the rest you need to go to Jelsa or elsewhere). Furthermore, there is a narrow and low tunnel on the road, which is impossible to drive though with a van.Guest review byFranciSlovenia - 10.0
A lovely town, with so many nice people.
A lovely town, with so many nice people. It’s very calm a tranquil compared to the city of Hvar. But you still have some restaurants to choose from, a local baker, an ice cream stand and a mini market. The main beach is beautiful and you even have several other beaches in walking distance.Guest review byIdaNorway - 8.0
Idyllic, a bit remote.
Idyllic, a bit remote. Not too many people there even in the main season, beautiful beaches! Has a bakery (open 7-10 am) and someone who sells local products next to it, next mini market is in Ivan Dolac. Also a great starting location for hiking or biking up to Sveti Nikola (there even is a nice via ferrata and a place for climbing). On gravel roads aside of the main rodes I'd recommend a SUV or a mountainbike!Guest review bySilberxanderAustria
