First of all the staff was great: very kind and what's most important very helpful. The room was big, clean, with beautiful furniture and comfort bed. Swimming pool was great, everybody can try. There were also a couple of saunas. I recommend to stay in this hotel and rest when you are on your way.

We stayed for the second time and made the best decision again. :) The location of the hotel is perfect, closed to the center of the city. We had plenty of options for breakfast, even for vegetarians. The room is clean and very nicely designed. The staff is friendly and always have a nice word for you.

Hotel is located in the heart of Gyor, and is a little gem of a place. I particularly liked how the staff welcome and treated me whilst staying, and they knew and acknowledged it was my first stay. The room I stayed in (12) was outstanding and very spacious. The bathroom was clean and the living spaces very nice.

Really convenient as a stopover if you’re driving through Europe! Warm welcome, comfy bed - a really smooth stay. We did not have the chance to use the spa facilities, as we had to get back on the road - but everything looked really good.

We stayed only for one night, and it was perfect stop to relax from our long trip. Great place for family and especially kids. There is a restaurant and a bar so you can have dinner and local beer in the evening. Friendly staff, great homemade breakfast, There is a nice garden with trampoline, swimming pool, some chickens and rabbits - plenty of possibilities how to entertain your children. We enjoyed our stay very much.

    The town is nicely situated near Szigetkoz, which is the island in the Danube with excellent nature, pleasant for hiking, riding the bicycle or canoe trip. The town center is small but picturesque, with the Leitha river running through. It also has a small castle with some university buildings. Special attractions are the Flexum thermal bath and spa facility. Although all this should be a great potential to the turism, there is no evidence of much effort to promote it. In the Tourist office, there is literally just one multilingual sort of tourist guide to the region. Others are mostly in hungarian, with no relations to the more information for e.g. renting the bicycles or kanoos. Tourist office could only offer us one telephone number of the local store who also rents bikes. The internet presentation of one of the local providers about canoe tours is almost useless and outdated. The second one is only in hungarian. The restorans close at 9:30 PM and the only bar in Centrum is open only from Thursday to Sunday. The Flexum thermal bath is nice but the service is mostly unfriendly, apart from the lack of foreign languages. You could book an entrance ticket and later realise that one of the pools is closed for "one, two or maybe three days", without any prior information and no excuse or refund. Some pools are dirty, with mold on the bottom. Some parts of the Flexum are newly decorated but others are old and outdated. It looks as if it is in a continuous renovation.

    A beautiful city to explore and experience if you like historic buildings and streets to wonder through. There are many places to eat great food and entertainment venues for drinking at night. Highly recommend Gyor!

    A very nice locations with parking place, shopping store. The room was very nice and clean. A very good price/quality ratio ! if we could serve breakfast until 9:00 a.m. we could give a big 10 ! I will definitely choose this location again.

    This is a rather simple place to stay, but it is exactly what they position themselves for. You should not expect a fancy place from a motel, but it is a good place to stay if you are on the road and need to have a rest. Pros: parking and late check-in. Really helpful and nice. Cons: it is pretty hard to find the entrance, there is no breakfast (can understand that in a Motel, but the nearby restaurant can only serve breakfast after 11AM) and the non-personal toilet (the shower is in the room though). To summarise: a good and convenient place to stay if you are not expecting a lot and can tolerate some personal inconveniences.

    I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it. Great ambiance - the highlights were the staff, namely the service we received from one of the personnel, which unfortunately I do not recall his name, and the great garden. I recommend one improvement to the check-in process. The instructions for the self-service check-in arrived late and only by mail and it was difficult to get phone assistance. I suggest you check the process; see that the guests actually recieve the instructions on time and maybe provide add a 24*7 WhttsApp support.

    Hegyeshalom is perfectly located near the Austrian border, a few minutes off the main highway. Check-in was smooth. Accommodation is surprisingly spacious and exceptionally clean. The only thing which was not provided was shower gel and/or shampoo. All in all this place offers super good value for money
