Breakfast was fine. Location, less than 10 minutes walk from the bus station, and under a half hour walk to the football stadium, Paksi FC, the reason for my visit. Chap at reception wa very helpful with info on how to get to the stadium, and info about the 'village', as he called it.

The hotel's location is superb for walking around the city. Breakfast is also better than expected. Hotel is old and is due for renovation, but also very very clean. Value for money is really great.

The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, with high-quality interiors. Everything is clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated. The wellness center was closed (apparently not yet opened), while the gym was available, but the air conditioning did not work, instead of cooling, it was heating, which was completely unacceptable with outside temperatures around 35°C.

Everything about this villa is perfect. it's like home big rooms, a big nice bathroom , very clean and tidy,carefully decorated, and has a big setting area in a nice, well-kept garden in a very quiet neighbourhood. shops twenty minutes walk. The host lady was very nice, showed us around, and explained everything to us. Highly recommend you can not fault it, whatever business brings you to this city book this villa.
