We had an amazing experience at Cinze Villas. The hot water pools, each with a different temperature is a unique concept, is a wonderful idea and incredibly relaxing, especially at night. I suggest taking day trips to explore the rural area during the day, then enjoying the villa in the afternoon and evening, when the atmosphere becomes truly magical. During the day, you might notice some flies around the hotel, but this is due to the surrounding farmland, where natural compost is used, which attracts them. It can get a bit chilly at night, so I recommend bringing a light jacket, but soaking in the hot pools under the night sky is an unmissable experience. The staff is lovely, and the food is excellent, a mix of Indonesian and Western dishes (be sure to try the chicken parmigiana!). We really hope to come back soon.

Our stay at Sebatu Paradise Villa in Bali was nothing short of magical! We originally booked for two nights and ended up extending our stay by two more nights because we couldn’t bear to leave! The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, making us feel right at home. The highlight, without a doubt, was the breathtaking jungle view from our room. Waking up to the lush greenery was an experience we'll never forget. What truly set this place apart was the incredibly kind and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Sebatu Paradise Villa is the ideal romantic getaway in the heart of nature. We can’t recommend it enough and can’t wait to return someday!

Exact to the images shown, beautiful room and hot spring pool. Staff were very responsive and friendly on messaging, accommodated to our request for extra bed. Clean and comfortable. Staff onsite was very friendly and provided us with hot drinking water even though it was quite late when we arrived. Breakfast was tasty too. They also helped to arrange affordable sunrise jeep tour.

We stayed at this place for two nights in June, and honestly, I hesitated for a long time before booking it, because I had read so many negative reviews. Now I’d like to share my own experience and respond to some of those concerns. 1. Location: Some people said the road to the hotel was terrible and even scary. Here’s what I can say: we had a private driver, not a regular taxi, and the road was asphalted almost the entire way. Even in the rain, it was totally fine. Yes, the last 5 minutes have some steep turns, but nothing extreme — any local driver will manage it easily. And here’s something no one mentioned (but absolutely should have): the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from the main road, where you’ll find supermarkets, cafes, or can just go for a walk. They will drop you off and pick you up whenever it’s convenient for you. That’s an amazing service, and I was really surprised no one had written about it. 2. Insects: Yes, there are insects. But you’re literally in the mountains, surrounded by greenery — what do you expect? That said, small flies (especially during the day) can be annoying, so I highly recommend bringing an insect repellent spray — it’s a must. Also, bring something against mosquitoes. Just keep the windows and curtains closed after sunset, and you’ll be fine. 3. Kitchen: The kitchen was great — you really have everything you need to cook, and we actually did. The hotel provides basic ingredients like oil, jam, bread, eggs, instant noodles, a few sauces, etc. Plus, the store is only 5 minutes away by car, so you can get anything else you need. 4. Shower and Bath: It’s true — you won’t be able to take long, luxurious showers or fill up the bathtub quickly. But there’s enough hot water for a normal shower, and to be honest, I never really felt like using the bathtub anyway. In most places in Indonesia, bathtubs take a while to fill — it’s not unusual. 5.

Amazing place with unique design and mountain’s atmosphere! Restaurant was soooo delicious, especially cocktails.. I think it’s just only one place with excellent cocktails in Kintamani. They have activities like jeep tour and boat in the lake for sunset..! You have to try pillow menu, it’s so cool that they order to choose it. Thank you guys! For our unforgettable memories!

This is a great mini hotel! These are great hosts with big and pure hearts! Clean, comfortable room, with an amazing view! Comfortable bed, lots of pillows, snow-white linen - it’s so cute and cozy!     We got so much love in this place, it’s beyond imagination! We stayed here for 7 nights, it was a great location to take time away from the busy life! My family received care and love as if we are were their own. The lake is awesome and views of the mountain is breathtaking. Go to Kintamani for Mount Batur but extend your stay for Villa Jempana. Worth every bit!

    The facilities at Mount Batur Villa are really clean and well kept. The pool is excellent with picturesque views. Flies are the biggest problem for the area but there is not much can be done about that, given the vegetation in the region. The pre-dawn trip up Mount T Batur to see the sunrise is thoroughly worthwhile, as is the Jeep trip which followed to the black lava site. Had one night out in Kintamani for a meal but other than the mountain trip there is not much to do there. Couple of days there is my recommendation.

    Kintamani is a welcome breeze away from buzzing cities like Canggu and Ubud. It has beautiful nature around and is worth a visit. I would recommend to find a cool camping spot and hike up one of the volcanos.
