Liked everything about the hotel! The hospitality and service are excellent. Stayed in beach villa, very well equipped, nice swimming pool area, direct exit to the beach. Two separate bedrooms, with a bathroom, shower and outdoor showers. The food in restaurants is very delicious. The Spa is nice and very cosy. When I needed medical help it was quick and well organized directly in the villa.

The service was excellent, my hubby was unwell and they took special care of him with porridge and in room breakfast when he was unwell. We really appreciated the gesture. Room is wonderful, super comfortable with a great bed and bath tub. My hubby l0ved the toto toilet seat too. Thanks to the wonderful care of the staff. Highly recommended. My room was at the farthest end of the property, they arranged for buggy to bring us to the convention centre and lobby. AYU MY AMBASSADOR, THANK YOU!!!

    Great restaurants. Great paths along beach. Super mall with designer shops. Felt safe. Downside would be they are digging up the pavements which will be good for future travellers but was quite hazardous presently.

    Great city to explore... wish we would have had more time to...

    Great city to explore... wish we would have had more time to look around. Everyone we met or talked to were very friendly and kind. Highly recommend. Be prepared to spend time in a vehicle as the traffic is a challenge at best. We went to one of the local malls, enjoying it immensely.

    I went to a restaurant: WARUNG KLUMPU DENPASAR very close to the hotel. They had excellent atmosphere good food and if I stayed longer I would have come back. So please try and experience it yourself!

    Nice long beach and plenty of facilities in Sanur. Icon shopping Centre is a great hub and has a wide variety of shops and eateries. The good thing about Sanur is that it is a bit easier paced than Kuta and other West coast resorts. Lots of eateries and Spa facilities. The bad, and this includes most of Bali, is that it is filthy and with no sign that this issue is being addressed. If you like clean, don't come to Bali. Roads are awful, badly maintained and very full. I would not recommend hiring a car, could be a costly mistake, but local cabs and drivers can get you more or less everwhere.

    Denpasar is often overlooked and yet has so much to offer.

    Denpasar is often overlooked and yet has so much to offer. There is history, culture, good food and places with open space, great views and room to walk if you know where to look. It's also a great base from which you can visit other areas and enjoy unique experiences with little travel time. If you are after a unique Balinese experience without wall to wall tourists, do a little research and you may find that Denpasar has a lot to offer.

    It was easy to get around but little to do nearby. A great turtle conservation centre that will keep most people occupied for up to an hour. It's very easy to get to the ports - one of the best port experiences I've had in Bali where you aren't overwhelmed by people trying to / demanding they order you taxis or sell you things.

    Sanur is much quieter than Legian/Kuta, same shopping available. Great warungs for good food, Icon Mall food hall is great, lovely airconditioned shopping mall for a break from the heat. A bit of roadworks fixing footpaths going on in main road.

    Absolutely loved Denpasar, you felt that you were amongst the local of Bali and it was nice to see this part of Bali. I would definitely recommend visit Denpasar and experience the true Bali and engage with the local Balinese and Indonesian people. We will love to visit here again.
