From check in to check out, our stay was absolutely delightful. The room was spacious and clean, and we had a lovely view of the pool. (Please note: the central pool belongs to the private apartments, not the hotel. The hotel's pool is upstairs and is rectangular, still a good size for some relaxing laps) Breakfast was really nicely laid out and had plenty of options for people who wanted continental and for those who wanted something more local and traditional.

    Stay here 1 night for my business trip. The staff was friendly and they're very responsive to help me. The room's clean. I reserved room only and add breakfast when I arrived to hotel. The taste's delicious and friendly waiters. And also the location's very strategic in the middle of the city. Recommeded and I will stay here again if I visit Balikpapan.

    Balikpapan is a clean small city, delicious culinary tourism, very close to the beach, with friendly residents. it is very pleasant to be in Balikpapan. to get around Balikpapan, we can use online transportation, public transportation, and there are also mini city buses that go around. both of them are famous for their culinary tourism, having dinner on the beach is certainly a fun thing, be careful the night wind on Balikpapan beach is sometimes quite strong

    The 4 day Pangkalan Bun National Park tour on a traditional Klotok boat was wonderful, afterwards we stayed at the hotel which was good, but there wasn’t a lot to do/see in the city Pangkalan Bun.

    Samarinda have several landmarks, are Mahakam bridge, Islamic Center of Samarinda, Port of Samarinda, Taman Samarendah. Samarinda also has a Kampung Pampang where Dayak Community always perform dance etc.

    I like shopping complex & shopped at Matahari & wacoal. Wacoal bra in Pontianak cheap. Secondly I like dinner place like Kampung Kecil, very nice place. Do not miss this place when you travel to Pontianak.

    The lungs of Borneo, rich in natural resources, a city where the river flows, and home to the indigenous Dayak tribe. These are just a few things we know East Kalimantan for. A province in Indonesia that could soon become the Indonesia’s future administrative capital—The New Awakening of Nusantara (the locals call it IKN, Ibu Kota Negara). The name of the future capital means “archipelago” in Javanese. It will be based in Sepaku, within the regions of North Penajam Paser and Kutai Kartanegara.     City full of historic sites, amazing architecture friendly locals and delicious street food. Eye catching greenery around and wonderful places to visit. Easy to travel across to Malaysia by road, There is regular bus services between Pontianak 🇮🇩 to Kuching (Malaysia) 🇲🇾 Also easy to find flight within Indonesia 🇮🇩 from Pontianak airport that is located near to city centre approximately 15 minutes 🚖 ride.
