- From £127.48 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,525 reviewsThe nicest & most helpful staff I’ve ever came across in any hotel! The room exceeded our expectations and came with every single thing we would have needed; mini fridge, iron, kettle, hairdryer etc… it was also very clean. Right next door there is a large shopping centre with clothing shops, supermarkets, currency converters and restaurants and also very close to a bus stop which makes this hotel perfectly located.Guest review byMichaelaUnited Kingdom

It has a fantastic shopping centre with various food venues but are only a very small number of it closes at 9pm. In the area but here are only a very small number of eating places open in the evening. We were there for a business matter, I don't think it's particularly good for leisure in the evenings,Guest review byPeterUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Great facilities locally.
Great facilities locally. Major shopping but hotel is off the beaten track and quiet. Great ambience and facilities without leaving. Traffic congestion for going into the city at rush hours exceptionally bad. Cinemas, Olympic size pool etc all nearby.Guest review byAnneUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Natives very friendly. Great walks and places of nterested.
Natives very friendly. Great walks and places of nterested. Good service in local bar - Salmon leap. Also St Mary's GAA facility bar and entertainment very good. Where we stayed staff not welcoming or helpful. No communication. Weather bad but nothing can be done about that.Guest review byVeraUnited Kingdom - 4.0
Grifeen park is lovely The area is quiet
Grifeen park is lovely The area is quiet The traffic nearby can be substantial The M50 toll starts just after you join it so you get caught with the charges (whereas a bit closer to Dublin it may not apply)Guest review bySarahUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Bedroom dated and the main hotel bar only opens Friday and Saturday nights. Food options (other than the main restaurant) very limited and quite pricey. 4star prices but basic 3star facilities. Location beautiful,Guest review byMargoIreland - 8.0
Golden Dawn accommodation is located at end of Rathcoole...
Golden Dawn accommodation is located at end of Rathcoole village just off main Cork Dublin M7 motorway on edge of Dublin City. A highly recommended location for those needing to go airport next day (simply drive on M7 towards M50 Ring Road and continue to airport). Dined at The Poitin Still pub restaurant 1.5km away - famous place, recommended for food - much history in the pictures and plaques on walls - a local crowd, not touristy. The Rathcoole Inn is another good food & drink place. Local area feels "rural" with nice wooded parks for walking, away from the city.Guest review byJamesJTSingapore - 2.0

Beautiful hotel, modern, clean and tidy!
Beautiful hotel, modern, clean and tidy! Perfect room facilities, hotel bar and restaurant was lovely very friendly and helpful staff! The breakfast on the morning was worth every penny and more, the selection of warm and cold food and drinks was perfect, filling and tastes so good! There isn’t much around the hotel in regard to pubs however taxis/ubers easy accessible, 15/20 drive to the city. Short travel from and to the airport. There is a McDonald’s behind the hotel, however opted for proper cooked food within the hotel which again perfect! There is a shopping centre not far from the hotel. With a small shop behind also. I would happily use this hotel again when visiting DublinGuest review byAnonymous
