- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very good - What previous guests thought, 102 reviewsWe very much enjoyed the location and the pool which was very welcome in view of the weather. Enjoyable meals in the bar although vegetarian options could be extended (this applies to most places). My husband left a cap in the room and the hotel was kind enough to send it on to us. We particularly enjoyed the breakfasts sitting by the window with the wonderful view.Guest review byAnneGermany

I was expecting to fall in love with Galway and the west...
I was expecting to fall in love with Galway and the west coast of Ireland and I just didn’t. The town was extremely touristy and I vastly overestimated how long to stay there. We were there Monday to Friday but you could do it all in 1 or 2 days. We enjoyed walking along Salthill Promenade and watching people jump off the diving board. Sadly the weather wasn’t beach weather but it was nice to enjoy the sea air. We did Trad on the Prom which while super touristy did showcase some exceptional musicians and dancers. We had dinner one night at BoTown and the cauliflower ribs were the best I’ve ever had. Everyone enjoyed their burgers and fries. We had fish and chips from McDonaghs and their onion rings were to die for!Guest review byNatalieUnited Kingdom - 4.0
Not worse staying 2 nights.
Not worse staying 2 nights. We stayed 2 nights in Galway and we regret that we did not stay longer. Galway is authentic, beautiful and people are very friendly Vs Cork. We visited the Jameson Distillery it was great.Guest review byThomas MichaelEgypt - 10.0
Killarney is such a charming town and the surrounding areas...
Killarney is such a charming town and the surrounding areas are just beautiful. So much to see and enjoy. A little crowded this time I. August but we knew it would be more crowded this time. The Earls Court House was a wonderful place to stay. The property is unique and beautiful and the staff was so friendly. It was also just a short walk into town. Well worth the stay and I would recommend this property.Guest review byAllanUnited States - 10.0

Limerick is a lovely city with the river Shannon running through it. It is lovely to stroll by the river or sit on one of the many benches and have a coffee. There's lots of shops, bars, restaurants, museums and art galleries to visit and of course King John's Castle For fans of Frank McCourt's wonderful Angela's Ashes, it's lovely to visit and see where the young Frank grew upGuest review bygenny77Ireland - 10.0
Dingle is a lovely friendly small town with fantastic pubs...
Dingle is a lovely friendly small town with fantastic pubs to suit every taste. There are a few great restaurants especially if you like seafood. Doyles, Out Of The Blue (OOTB) and Solas were our favourites, but there are plenty more. Its a bit pricey, but the quality is excellent. I would highly recommend visiting Ventry beach or Inch beach which are both about a 20 minute drive away. The boat trips are good value and have trips to suit all abilities. I recommend the harbour tour for people that don't have great sea legs and the Dingle Sea Safari for the more adventurous. The last time we took that trip, we saw Dolphins, Porpoises, Minke whales and Humpback whales.Guest review byKevin O'BIreland - 8.0

Donegal is a beautiful county and the people go to great effort to ensure that visitors have a good experience. Unfortunately the inclement weather and constant mist cannot be controlled. This of course might be the attraction for some visitors. Good food available in bars throughout the county.Guest review byBredaIreland - 10.0
