I reached the location and didn't get any room. They need prior payment to allocate rooms. But booking.com didn't inform me the same. I didn't get any link to do prior payment or any contact number to reach the hotel. Very bad experience from both booking.com and the hotel.

Hotel management was very very cooperative. We stayed with family including a 4 yr. kid. They provided us things from their kitchen required for the child's well being. Although the room was not very spacious but was clean with all other amenities provided. The hotel has 4 floors, they have a small lift as well(can accommodate 2-3 adults at a time) . Food, tea, etc was very nice. Overall the experience was very good. Mandir is also nearby.

    A unique boutique property in Dhanbad with well designated rooms across categories. The services were extremely personalised right from entering the property. The bell boys were extremely courteous, the lobby was spic clean, the reception and room allocation was prompt. I was immediately asked for tea - coffee upon entering the room and served with excellent chicken pepper fry along with my stipulated cocktail. The dinner experience at Caramel was excellent. The Mutton Roganjosh (they procure special mutton) was silky red gravy, less oily and well suited with the Naan. Once cannot miss the Caramel Custard there. Now comes the most beautiful experience during the breakfast. I loved the antioxidants in form of Detox Water. The spread of Fruits, Sprouts, Preserves, the South Indian spread, the Kachori with mix veg, the desserts was simply lip smacking. I’m sure that Cocoon can give the best five star properties a run for their money. It pleases me to give this feedback as it was quite a surprise to experience such a fantastic property in Dhanbad.

    Title: Fantastic Stay at Hotel Ginger Jamshedpur! I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ginger in Jamshedpur from February 23 to 24, 2025, and I must say it was an exceptional experience! The food at the hotel was simply awesome! The menu offered a wide range of options, and each dish was prepared to perfection. The presentation, taste, and quality of the food were all top-notch. The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were attentive, efficient, and ensured that all my needs were met promptly. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional courtesy and behavior of the front desk staff. They were warm, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. Overall, my stay at Hotel Ginger Jamshedpur was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay in the city. Keep up the great work!

    I used to come this town and visit Baba Baijnath for 40 years appox. Now town expanded but more crowded. Roads are better maintained and temple is better maintained. Good residential hotels, restaurants, Airport & other communications developed. Sight seeing places are better maintained and worth seeing now. All must visit Ravneshwar Mahadeva a Jyotirlinga Baba Baijnath at least once and also enjoy the beauty of hills, forest, Satsangha, Devsangha, near by Basukinath, Tapoban, Rope way etc.

    Jamshedpur is an industrial township with overwhelming TATA presence. Though people mostly visit for business purposes, but it has quite a few tourist attractions also such as the Jubilee park, the nearby Dimna lakes and adjoining hills. The township itself is a lovely place to spend a couple of days on leisure.

    1. No cleanliness in the city. 2. Food is not good. 3. Taxi cabs, even Rapido drivers will take extra/more than double cash from you than shown in the app. 4. Outdated facilities everywhere. 5. Budget Hotels are very very poor and service is bad. 6. No online booking works for cabs, rapido and hotels. 7. Some areas outside platform 7 are risky at night time.

    The hotel staff and manager clearly refused to give me the room. They were taking 1500 rupees from me and saying that they do not accept bookings through booking.com or any other digital app. This hotel is very useless. It should be removed from the net because I faced a lot of problems after going there.

    Ranchi is not a place i would recommend for european...

    Ranchi is not a place i would recommend for european tourists. I was there to se England v India cricket. There is absolutely nothing in Ranchi to attract tourists. The photos are of my bed linen which had not been cleaned for i don’t know how long. Another reviewer said it was a 4 star hotel! I wouldn’t give it one star!
