I recently stayed at Vivanta Thane LBS Road and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel itself is luxurious, very new and beautifully maintained. From the moment I arrived I noticed the exceptional service and attention to detail from all the staff which made the experience truly memorable. A special mention must go to Yash the Duty Manager who went above and beyond to ensure that everything during our stay was perfect. His professionalism and warmth made my wife and I feel very welcome. I would also like to highlight Saurabh in Mynt restaurant who provided outstanding service every time we dined there. He took great care in making sure I was comfortable and his friendly approach added a personal touch that made a real difference. Overall my experience at Vivanta Thane was excellent. The combination of luxury surroundings and attentive staff makes this hotel stand out. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Wonderful property with nice decor , spacious rooms , polite staff and good restaurant. Amenities (Gym, pool etc.,)are still under construction but will be a Thane’s pride soon. I would highly recommend this place for any type of travellers.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The hotel was spotless and well-maintained. Our room was clean, spacious and included everything we could ask for. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff in all areas of the hotel did a great job and nothing was too much trouble. The buffet breakfast was exceptional; we enjoyed it on all five days of our stay and were impressed by the variety of offerings. The dinner buffet was also excellent and we were spoilt for choice. We have recommended this property to family and friends & our already looking forward to our next stay here!

All the staff in Reception, room service, housekeeping and bellboys were excellent. Special mention for Aishwarya Jaiswar, Amol (Reception who helped us check in), Rama Mausi in housekeeping. If staff provides good service then other minor things are always let go by guests. Keep up the good work.

    After the first night there, I booked into another hotel.

    After the first night there, I booked into another hotel. I couldn't wait to get out of that depressing atmosphere. I had to stay in my room for a long time each day to work, but it was too depressing to be in such a dilapidated room. It was filthy & mattress worn out. Tiles were cracked. Do not waste your $ on such a filthy place. REceptionist doesn't understand English. I had to write it on a piece of paper for her to read. It is not a hotel set up for tourist. After the first night there, I went to the counter & barked at the receptionist, "Checking out. Not happy here." She asked me to see the manager, but I couldn't be bothered. I made it clear I would give them a poor review, for the room supplied was too appalling.

    It was fairly a clean area.

    It was fairly a clean area. The wall arts were a feast to travellers . Malls in this area were also well facilitated. However Railway station n premises were very unclean and slushy when rains. rain water draining system to be improved and these public areas to have more civil servants and volunteers to assist commuters.Public transport facilities to support night travellers to be improved!

    This is a village, NOT APART OF MUMBAI.

    This is a village, NOT APART OF MUMBAI. The people here were very pleasant but not prepared for visitors. There are not many options for shopping and eating. As a woman, I felt very unsafe at night as some of the locals would not even let me call my own taxi because of the crime against women there.
