The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful and it made us instantly relax. Matteus in particular went out of his way to be helpful whether on shift or not. The food was exceptional, we would particularly recommend the fish. The pool is clean and the bar is open so you can grab a drink during the day. There is also a shaded area where we went during the warmer parts of the day. Ceramics everywhere, color and beauty. Steep area surrounding a flat central town. beautiful authentic area of Sicily, the villa is situated 10 minutes from the town, where you have access to the beaches, local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The locals are very kind and accommodating. If you are looking for authentic and local, this is definitely worth visiting. I will definitely be back again. The villa was magical, beautiful sea views, where you can watch the sun set every evening, the villa was clean, spacious and had all the essentials required to provide a wonderful, relaxing and magical stay. Antonio and his family were kind, always there to help, we were greeted with a hamper of local and delicious produce. Every bit of this stay was wonderful. A good location between Capo d'Orlando and Cefalu, and an excellent point to reach the Nebrodi mountains (1 hour) and then Etna (2 hours).
