Everything was exceptional and are host Stefano was fabulous and the woman helping with breakfast was as well. The breakfast was the best we have had in Italy with tons of fresh fruit, great yogurts, juices meats cheeses more than you could eat and on and on there was an entire table of fresh baked goods and coffee was excellent. The design in the main quarters and our space was stunning. The soaps and shampoos were of excellent quality. I can not rave enough about this place!!!! Makes me want to return as soon as I can. We (two couples) stayed in the Trulli rooms. The sign above the door said 1793. They were so cute as well as spacious and clean. They each had a small kitchen and a private patio at the back. We were the only people there for the 5 nights in early October. Every morning Pia and her staff prepared an amazing breakfast. We were spoiled having the entire property, including pool to ourselves. Dinner was not served but we were able to find several very good restaurants in Ceglie Messapica. We would recommend Cibus and Mimma's. We were about equal distance from the Adriatic and the Ionian Coasts, so we visited both. Good location from which to visit Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni etc.

    I can only speak in superlatives—an outstanding paradise! I have never experienced such a clean, fresh hotel in my life, and we travel 3–4 times a year. The staff and service were exceptional—so attentive and intuitive, they truly have hospitality in their fingertips. We were traveling with our child, who has Down syndrome, ADHD, and autism. Our meals were served in a quiet corner, and the care we received was so unique and heartfelt it brought tears to my eyes. We can never be away from home for more than 72 hours, as routines are essential for our child. Even though we never really have a “vacation” in the traditional sense, because our child requires constant attention, this time we genuinely felt the vacation spirit. At first, I was worried there was no buffet and that meals were à la carte—but it turned out to be amazing. Our child, who is very selective with food, received meals perfectly suited to his taste. The food was divine! Beautifully presented, it felt like true fine dining. We had full board, which I absolutely recommend. Golf carts took guests to and from the beach—even though it wasn’t far, this was a tremendous help for us, and we made full use of it. The beach was super clean and fresh. All textiles were of luxurious quality and smelled divine—but subtly so. Perfect in every way. There was a small shop in the area and an ice cream bar as well. We flew into Bari and had a rental car. A huge thank you to everyone who welcomed us—from receptionists, waitstaff, lifeguards, housekeeping, and chefs to the amazing guys assisting guests at the front desk—thank you all so much! You were incredible!

    Great property, super peaceful, the staff are very accommodating and friendly, they truly go above and beyond and are very attentive. Room is exceptionally clean. The restaurant is great, the set menu for dinner was delicious and changes daily. The wine from the property itself is lovely too. We really enjoyed our stay.

    This is a little piece of paradise in the middle of an olive grove. It's beautiful, quiet and has a sense of elegance to it. After a hot day touring the region, a dip in the pool is the best reward. Francesca and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

    Unique city with its White Houses. You can walk for hours hanging around the little and narrow streets, the amazing square with the statue of Saint Oronzo and the street tat brings to the cathedral!! Unmissable!

    Alberobello is a beautiful town but gets super busy. If possible visit early morning, or late evening to miss the crowds. The night view is as wonderful as day time with the Trullis lit up. Plenty of parking - either on the roadside approaching the town, or in the shared car parks. Lots of places to eat - all reasonably priced and comparable for the area

    Beautiful town with plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and historic places to visit. A great location to stay for a few days to visit the town and other towns near by. La Bottega del Capocolla for fresh local produce - ham, cheeses. Restaurants: Osteria Origini, Gaonas, Caffe Tripoli, La Pasteria, Templari

    This town is well situated in Puglia , allowing us to use it as a base from which we radiated out on day trips. Nowhere near as tourist filled as Alberobello, this small post-card beautiful ,whitewashed clifftop town offers breathtaking views from its belvedere. We were charmed by the location as well as the warmth of the locals

    We have been traveling to Puglia for many (12) years but hadn't found Fasano until this time. Really nice town, great restaurants and excellent position relative to other towns like Locorotondo, Martina Franca, Cisternino etc. Easy access to the many beaches/beach clubs and tourist attractions like Alberobello (Truli world heritage site)

    Perfect location, as it was in the country-side but not too distant from many different hot-spots. The nature was incredible (we were in a Masseria, but Castellana Grotte in general is named after the "Grotte" very unique and beautiful natural caves). The places nearby - both in the country-side and on the coast (Polignano a mare, Monopoli, etc)- were breath-taking and worth visiting. Overall a "strategic" location for our northern-Puglia travels!

    The only downside to this stay was that we had to come home! Francesco and his family at Terra Terra were so unbelievably lovely, he gave some wonderful recommendations for places to visit and eat, as well as making bookings for us. The breakfast was delicious, the location is beautiful and peaceful, I can't wait to visit again. Francesco was also so helpful, as our car rental fell through and he was able to help us get this sorted, it honestly was one of our favourite stays ever and we can't recommend Terra Terra enough. It is close to Conversano, which is a lovely town with amazing food. Our favourite restaurants from the stay were Il Giullare and Vita Pugliese (both recommended by our wonderful host!)

Franca, Monopoli and Putignano, or even Bari. It's also not far from Salento which I combined with this trip and did Lecce, Otranto, Oria, Gallipoli, Castro, S. Maria di Leuca. It is also only just over an hour to Matera which should not be missed and a unique town very much worth the time and kms. There are plenty of restaurants in Cisternino and for your morning coffee e brioche don't miss going to Vignola History or visit the panificio Vignola for a delicious freshly made panino and other treats that will put plenty of padding on the hips.

    We love Altamura and its people.

    We love Altamura and its people. My grandparents came from here and it feels like home. The culture and rhythm of this city truly reflects Italian Life! It is not overpopulated with tourists. Definitely worth coming to if you want to feel relaxed and be a part of Italian life!

    It’s a gem.

    It’s a gem. Get up to the historic centre like the other main towns and you’ll find a relaxed oasis of sights, sounds and tastes. Great places to eat and drink. The sort of place where apéro starts whenever you fancy! White stone streets and a real feeling of joy. In the countryside and olive groves, the trulli cones pop up and they’re an absolute revelation. I loved my stay, will be back for more and couldn’t recommend it enough.
