- From £302.29 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Superb - What previous guests thought, 475 reviewsThe sheer quality of the staff/service provided! For me, a 6* rating, despite the 3* - presumably due to the off site location of parking facilities; not ideal. In particular, a senior waiter in the restaurant - Renato. His general professionalism/ coupled with his knowledge of cuisine and P R added substantially to the enjoyment of our stay! Please will you relay this comment to the hotel and confirm to me you have done so. If you do not, for me, it will reflect on you and form part of my assessment of your service in future bookings!Guest review byKeithMalta
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 104 reviewsThe owner is super friendly and the apartment we stayed in was newly renovated and super nice equipped! Really clean and the garden of the villa is welcoming. We had our own huge roof terrace with an amazing view to see the ocean, but also the hills. The villa is perfectly located 15 min from guidaloca beach and supermarkets (by car 2 min ). To the city Center it is also only 3 min with the car. Definitely would stay there agains, we felt so comfortable and like home.Guest review byMadlenGermany
- From £95 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 924 reviewsHard to describe how beautiful this place is, and how kind Marco is. When we arrived, he just spent the night before fighting a wildfire to keep his domain safe, and still welcomed us with the biggest smile. The room was clean, the breakfast was insanely good, taken outside on the terrass. Wonderful stay, highly recommended !! This place screams tranquility, and Scopello just below is superb, filled with restaurants and not that many touristsGuest review byjordanSweden

Their facilities are continuously renovated and furnished with stylish local flavour. Lucio's hosting is the best I ever experienced in Sicily and elsewhere. The view is breathtaking. Hotel Antica Casinca Del Golfo was the highlight of the trip...
Hotel Antica Casinca Del Golfo was the highlight of the trip. It was close to some restaurants with spectacular cliff and seaside views. There is also a pharmacy and market nearby. The ride to Palermo airport only took 45 minutes.Guest review byRonaldCanada - 8.0
We didn't visit the beach.
We didn't visit the beach. We were resting up around our pool. We drove past it and it looked very pretty. However.... We were midweek in May (Good weather) and there were cars everywhere. Car parks charge and for a small bay/cove even this time of year too many people. I would guess peak season it would be ridiculously busy.Guest review byGethynUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Small village close to the sea. Stunning scenery.
Small village close to the sea. Stunning scenery. A couple of supermarkets along the main road, which themselves have good restaurants. The main square of Scopello is enclosed, so there are no cars. Plenty of good restaurants, and a very pleasant and sociable atmosphere. Car parking is €4, or there is some free parking at the far end of the village, but it's not very easy to get to. There really isn't anything to do in Scopello apart from eat. The Tonnara (old tuna factory) on the coast, just a little way from the village, looked interesting. However, there is a very high entry charge (it's privately owned), and it can be closed for days at a time with no warning. In the end, we didn't go - there are plenty of photographs to look at ...Guest review byTrevorUnited Kingdom
