- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.7Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 117 reviewsBeautiful property with very warm thoughtful touches. You receive little gifts each day in your room that are unique to the hotel and it is little things like this which make a cosy and lovely stay. Staff is amazing, especially Gabriella at reception who’s exceptionally helpful and considerate. Food is great and while I’m not usually one to stay in hotels for meals, we actually had dinner at Lupaia almost every night during our stay as they have a different menu by the day (pancakes at breakfast are also a must try!), and each and every one was very very good. I also took with me my wedding dinner gown (my wedding was a few days before my stay here) which had to be cleaned, and the staff was kind enough to offer to do some delicate washing for me (I forgot the girl’s name but she was an absolute star and delight!) and my gown came back in perfect condition as she was so careful with it. All in all, it was an amazing hotel with beautiful structure and surroundings, super warm staff and personal touches. Would not hesitate to book again when I revisit Tuscany!Guest review byCherryHong Kong
- From US$230.01 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Superb - What previous guests thought, 736 reviewsThe road to the hotel is sideways and narrow, the signage is clear and allows continuous access to the hotel, which is revealed around the corner, a very nicely renovated and maintained building, the furniture is adapted to the nature of the hotel and the place, we got a room for three adults and a dog, the ascent to the room via a unique elevator with its slowness, the room is spacious, equipped, comfortable and clean, the view through the windows is amazing It was beautiful, the staff was inviting and helpful, the breakfast was fresh, varied and delicious, at the back exit you go out to a square with a large pool that overlooks the view and complements it without a doubt, a place to return toGuest review byAMIRIsrael

The town is nice.
The town is nice. It is a quiet time of the year, but the merchants we encountered were friendly. The Terme Theia was ok, but the management inflexible when I tried to inform them of a booking error within 24hours of making it they did not reply to my emails, and when I spoke to the they said that once I paid there was no refund or changes. I prefer the Terme sensoriale, but unfortunately they are only open on weekendsGuest review byKathleenItaly - 10.0

Amazing medieval city with beautiful architecture and a great atmosphere. We were there on the main holiday weekend of the year and it was very crowded. There was a food festival in the park, a photographic exhibition in various sites around the city and a band playing in the Teatro Piazza in the evening. The many churches are beautiful and there are restaurants to suit everybody - from gourmet to burgers. Never a dull moment for two days. Unfortunately it is not suitable for people with mobility problems because of the steep hills and cobbled streets.Guest review byRoyGreece - 8.0
Town of Chiusi consist of two parts.
Town of Chiusi consist of two parts. Stick to the historical side on the hill for best town experience, good restaurants and Tuscan feeling. Use the newer part of the town only for your grocery, petrol and laundry needs.Guest review byPawełNorway - 10.0
A beautiful Tuscany village, like out of a postcard.
A beautiful Tuscany village, like out of a postcard. Narrow winding streets, a really neat town square- the Piazza Garibaldi- had breakfast there every morning at the Bar Langola. Neat restaurants and shops. Great location, only @40 km from Florence, 200 km to Rome. Easy access to anywhere in Tuscany and the Chiani Valley. I could retire here. FYI, no public transportation, best to rent a car. The streets are beautiful but challenging, drive carefully.Guest review byJohnSaudi Arabia - 8.0
Sarteano is a small, picturesque hilltop town.
Sarteano is a small, picturesque hilltop town. It has a range of shops, bars and restaurants, a castle and a lot of typical winding streets. A good base from which to explore the local sights. While we were there we visited Siena, Monteriggione, Pienza and Montecchiello, Montepulciano and, one of the highlights, Bagni di San Filippo, where you can bathe in warm sulphurous waters.Guest review byJuliaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The village itself doesn't have much to offer.
The village itself doesn't have much to offer. It is very tiny and has maybe one bar or restaurant. Its advantage is that it's close to a number of Tuscan towns with numerous sights like Siena, Arezzo and Montepulciano.Guest review byHerr L.Austria - 10.0

a nice town with an old part behind the walls. lots of greenery, parking lots and bars, walking paths and restaurants.During the day, we walked around Okpliška, in the evening we came to the city for dinner and to the accommodation to rest. we ate at pizzeria Rosso vivo. I have never had a better pizza, the price was not too high either. The food at La Torretta was also very tasty.Guest review byAlešSlovenia
