we took 2 three bedroom apartments. apartments and rooms are very species. the kitchen is well equipped. the room service is excellent. very much recommended for family. parking is availble and for free. easy access of the parking to the apartments.

This hotel is excellent for any purpose of stay. Staff is very attentive to details and well trained when it comes to solving problems and helpful. Receptionist were very cooperative especially when i did not have cash money to pay for the taxi and had borrowed me some. Breakfast is ultimately one of the greatest with many nice choices and the service is actually TOP! would definitely be back tot he property to stay. Housekeeping team is amazing as well along the laundry team that had finished my whole cabinet in less than 12 hours (bug THANK YOU!!) and kudos to the supervisor that came in and helped out with packing and unpacking and giving me some very comfortable flip flops which fitted me perfectly. This property deserved more than 5 stars and i am grateful for everyone in this hotel and a big thank you to the receptionist that checked me out. He was very pleasant and very well-mannered. Beautiful Talents in this property and this is why i will always choose this hotel when i come to Kuwait on quarterly basis.

Amazing hotel, the views, the location, the staff, the food and the room. Everything was just great. They do everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. A 5 minute walk and you have a food court and a bigger mall behind it.

Booked room with lounge and kitchen. Well worth the extra money. Bed was very comfortable, all toiletries were proved. Shuttle to the airport at midnight without a problem.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The team was very welcoming and professional, especially Fadi at the reception, who made us feel right at home. They responded quickly to all my requests and went above and beyond by allowing my family and me to check in early at 10:30 AM instead of the usual 2 PM. The hotel apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The location is perfect—conveniently surrounded by many shops. Considering the quality and service, the price is very reasonable. Thank you very much for the great experience. I will definitely come again and recommend this place to my friends.
