Everything! We have arrived early in the morning and they let us check-in in a huge and very comfortable apartment with washing machine which was extremely useful in our case. The discount at the spa was very appreciated. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff at the reception and restaurant area are very professional, we felt the top level service.

A very pleasant hotel with Western comfort. My room was very quiet, the pocket spring mattress was a treat for my bad back and the curtains made it nice and dark at night. As a bonus, it was easy to connect my smartphone to the TV to watch my own shows. The breakfast was good, with a good selection of fresh produce. I liked that there was a little bit of variation in the breakfast every morning. Those small things make a stay special. I changed to this hotel after a few nights of bad sleep at a different hotel in Atyrau, and I'm unbelievably happy I did.

This is a great hotel, conveniently located near the center of Atyrau and close to the bridge that divides the city into East and West. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and considerate.

It's a nice hotel close to the trains station. Perfect for every traveler coming late to the city. The rooms were clean, comfortable and big. You have a extra cattle to boil water. Nearby are big and small markets and a very big and interesting marketplace opposite to the train station. The price is good. It's not close to a big street so no noise from there.

    It's not exactly a sight seeing city, more for business (Oil and Gas) which was the aim of my visit. Food is good! English is not widely spoken so best to know some Russian or Kazakh or have a local friend/ partner, but you can get by mostly. Download InDriver app to get good rates on taxis, or Yandex or Uber! Be careful the mosquitos they are not normal, you will find out near the river!
