Just a very acceptable and comfortable hotel for spending the night and to have breakfast and diner. At the edge of Uralsk town at the road to the airport (20 mins). Staff was very helpful and kind.

We were spending a night in Uralsk with family, waiting for our flight. The hotel was almost empty at the night of our stay. The dinner in the hotel restaurant was OK. Good choice of food buffet for breakfast (pancakes, porridge, cheese, jam, butter, coffee beans etc.) also we got freshly fried eggs. Spacy room (we had a room with a separate bedroom and the kid was on the sofa in another room). Clean towels and bed lining. This hotel has elevator which was handy because our room was at the 4th floor.

Chagala is a well kept, welcoming hotel. My room was spacious and well equipped, with kettle, refrigerator, desk and complimentary water renewed daily. Wifi is good and strong. There is a bar and restaurant on the premises, which is very welcome after a long day's sightseeing on foot. Staff are universally friendly and helpful, and generally have good command of English. The laundry service is simply outstanding, with items left out in the morning returned by early evening at the outside. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many interesting sights and the busy city centre, along with numerous eating places, supermarkets and mini-market/convenience stores. Taxi from the station took about 10 minutes, to the airport about 25. I throughly enjoyed my stay at Chagala and it is my first choice for another visit to Oral.
