Everything was spectacularly done. My partner and I don't usually stay in such luxurious places, but as our trip was ending, we wanted to indulge a little. ITC staff made us feel welcome and not at all out of place, which we had some fear about. Thank you for our wonderful stay. The breakfast is the most elaborate I've experienced at a hotel. Again, wonderful staff. Thank you to Ari, who is one of many kind restaurant staff.

We had the most wonderful stay at Grannie’s House Villa. The villa is beautifully maintained, with thoughtfully designed interiors and modern fittings that make it both stylish and comfortable. Every corner of the space felt inviting, and it was clear that great care has gone into keeping it in perfect condition. We especially enjoyed the games and recreational touches, which added such warmth and fun to our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home! a lovely space to relax and create lasting memories.     I stayed here as a child with my parents when we visited family and now I stay here with my own children. It is a wonderful place to stay with everything you need to relax. The staff are friendly and very obliging. The rooms are very comfortable and clean with good facilities and excellent air conditioning. The food is excellent and plentiful. The buffets at breakfast and in the evening are incredible with an enormous selection from around the world. But the local dishes are the best. We will definitely be back.

    Lovely hotel. Everything was very clean and the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was wonderful too. For some people it may be a bit far out of town but we enjoyed it. It is on the train line but it didn’t affect us that much as the trains aren’t that regular and do not run of a night time. All in all, a great hotel and would definitely stay again. 😊

    The location is great. Only 10 minutes walk to Galle Face Complex. The internal design of the building refelects an l image from the space. The gardens are very nice.     Colombo has many main tourist attractions but these could...

    Colombo has many main tourist attractions but these could easily be seen within one day on a tuktuk. Another day to do the Pettah markets and some of the other plazas. Then you are done. Unless you have people to be with in Colombo two, maybe three, days should be enough. The real adventure of Sri Lanka lies out of Colombo in the central towns and cities and those towns along the coast. Tuktuks and taxis abound and can be inexpensive - all around Sri Lanka. HOWEVER always ask for a set price before you get in as to the cost of the trip you need. Tourists will always pay a little more than the locals but it can still be very cheap. A lot of shops and places do not accept credit card payments, so come with a wallet of cash. Supermarkets called Keells and Cargills for example abound are are a local prices. Their range of food and drinks is large. Rubbish can be a bit of an issue if you notice, but there are street cleaners who seem to collect the rubbish just thrown onto the road edge daily. The sun and heat can be harsh for foreigners so come prepared with big hats, sunburn cream, sunglasses and clothes that 'breathe'. The locals are generally very respectful, honest and helpful in answering any questions you may have. You will find lots of beggars as well on your travels. They appreciate any amount you can give to them.

    Dehiwela is very multi cultural and many differant varieties of restaurants and clothing along hill street which we stayed. people were very nice and polite to us and we felt safe even at late hours. also walking along hill street is quite a visual experience and we have done a few food crawls (like pub crawl but for food! ) along hill street. I would recommend dehiwela as a yet undiscovered gem in sri lanka with its own personality.

    Lovely town. Sri Lankan government buildings are located in this town. Citizenship and Immigration, Visa and NIC offices are here. There is also the Diyawanna Lake with board walks, bicycle routes, Parks and walk ways, perfect sceneries. Easy to get around town just by walking. About 30 minutes drive from Colombo Port City and One Galle Face Mall. About 45 minutes drive from Colombo Bandaranaike International Airport.

    This 3-Level Apartment has 3 Bed Rooms and is located in a secure and convenient location in Rajagiriya, Sri Lanka. The Hosts were quite friendly and responsive to your needs. The accommodation is well-equipped for a long-term stay as well. All Appliances and Equipment were in working order. The Washing Machine helped me to travel with less clothes. The Accommodation had a separate entrance with access to the Electric Roller Door. The 3rd Level had the Laundry with access to a Roof Top terrace where clothes could be dried and having a 360 degree view of the surroundings incl. high rise buildings in Colombo.

    Great place to stay in Colombo area away from city centre but close enough for easy access to city amenities, shops and restaurants. Lovely colonial era building full of charm. The terrace and pool area is unique - right on the ocean. Nothing quite like it in the Colombo area.

Close to Colombo City and the attraction places soround colombo, Wellawatte, Dehiwala zoo, Lotus Tour, One Galle Face, Galle Face Beach, Majestic City, Local restaurants including vegeterian takeaway places, ect.. Easy to public transportation to anywhere around sri lanka ( Most of the places ).
