Dunes, sandy beaches, aromatic pine tree forests, unique Curonian Spit nature, and bespoke old wooden houses in the small fishermen villages, amber, local fish food .. Certainly worth to visit this special place and to have peaceful, calm holidays at least for a week or two, visiting Nida and smaller villages like Preila, Juodkrante. Definitely for hiking, cycling or just lazy time at sandy beaches..We loved the local food from fishermen as well as we were pleasantly surprised the quality of food in Preila’s restaurant Bo HouseGuest review byAUKSE ANDRIULIENEUnited Kingdom - 10.0

It was a peaceful stay, with some beautiful sights. I would recommend booking tables for lunch or dinner because it was quite difficult to get something to eat on Saturday. If the weather is good, some patience is also needed at the port.Guest review byAisteLithuania - 10.0

Pervalka is the small quiet one street dwelling in the middle of Neringa with lots of nature. The perfect place to slow down and chill. You may spent mornings on the lagoon bank drinking tea and reading the book, later my bicycle to Nida or Juodkrante (they are renovating bicycle road in 2024), or catch the bus to Preila beach or Juodkrantė and walk back by the seaside. You may also walk around Pervalka surroundings or even wade through the lagoon to the lighthouse (its locked but you may wade around :)). The beach is newer crowded, if there is a wind you may always stay in dunes, there are toilets and stands to leave your bike, wooden paths, comfortable stairs as well as access for disable people. In Pervalka, there is a small shop that works year round - it has a great variety of fresh food in small quantities and in the past I had possibility to order special baby food. There are few cafes, but we always self-cater. Buses drive up to Pervalka on the route Nida-Smiltynė-Nida only few times a day, but you may call Nida bus station and they will arrange drive up on other times as well. There is one children playground and one area with sports equipment (including ping pong table (be sure to have you rackets and ball). There is limited space for car parging in the street.Guest review byGusteLithuania - 10.0

I really enjoyed the unique architecture in Neringa, especially the traditional fishermen’s houses – they’re full of charm and character. The area was very green with lots of flower beds, which made it even more beautiful. Swimming in the open sea was a highlight, and there are many tourist attractions to explore.Guest review byRotaLatvia - 10.0
Nida is a perfect getaway for nature and peace lovers.
Nida is a perfect getaway for nature and peace lovers. Surrounded by stunning landscapes, it offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere that’s best explored by bike. The seaside is a bit of a distance from the town, so cycling or long walks are the ideal way to experience its beauty. A charming place to slow down and reconnect with nature.Guest review byElenosJLithuania - 10.0
Beautifull place in Curonian spit. Very calm and relaxing.
Beautifull place in Curonian spit. Very calm and relaxing. You can enjoy white sand beach all day long, in the evening it is worth to visit local restaurants and have a walk by the Curonian Lagoon. Most of the bars and restaurants are closing at 10 or 11 PM, so if you like silence and tranquility it is definetly place for you.Guest review byAndriusPetreikisLithuania - 10.0

It is small village in Curonian Spit, however, it has everything you may need for your stay. There is small food supermarket and 2-3 restaurants. Beach is 2-3 kilometers away, accessible by foot or bicycle via nice path in the forest. Good bicycling opportunities. You may take bus to visit other towns in Curonian Spit.Guest review byAldona SLithuania - 10.0
Neringa is such a great getaway if you are looking to relax...
Neringa is such a great getaway if you are looking to relax and enjoy nature! The best things to do are to bike around the paths (there is a great path through the woods to the dead dunes!) and relax at the beach. I recommend Preila beach as it is more quiet than Nida :) It is easy to get around Neringa by bus or bike, but if you are staying on the lagoon side it is really no more than a 30 minute walk to the beach on the Baltic Sea side. The days are filled with activities outside or relaxing at a beachside bar and nights are calm and relaxing. I wish I stayed a few more days to really enjoy everything this unique place has to offer.Guest review byZachFrance - 10.0
Two days is probably log enough to see Nida.
Two days is probably log enough to see Nida. If you drive there be aware there is an entry fee to go through the national park. Also on Sunday's you can't buy alcohol from the supermarkets after 15.00.Guest review bykevinUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Very quiet & well looked after small ton with so much to do for kids, teenagers & grown-ups. Lots of free play areas for kids, football fields, volleyball, basketball, outside public gym equipment. Witch hill. Paid Mini golf, rent a bike, walk to amazing ot overcrowded beach. Buy fresh fish. Has few food stores too. Very well prices Amber souvenirs in Witch Hill parking lot.Guest review byVilmanteUnited Kingdom
