Absolutely amazing place where we felt like at home! I am very happy that this was our final choice, having in mind that there are plenty of other camps. Sahara Majestic Luxury Camp provides its guests with all that they need - good atmosphere, professional and customer-oriented staff, very delicious dinner and breakfast, great and many activities to choose from. I would definitely recommend it and I hope that one day I come back again!

Location was great and the staff were really helpful and friendly even it’s difficult for them working during Ramadan(without food and water at daytime ),but they were always on their way to make our stay comfortable thanks to Ibrahim,hassan and our driver 4*4 driver omar👍

The staff was very friendly andoffered every help to make our stay very enjoyable. We stayed two nights and joined their private day tour on 4x4, which was very useful for us to see and experience the desert. The camel ride during sunset arranged by the camp was also memorable.

Great place right next to the dunes. Literally down a few steps and you're on the dunes. Very peaceful and restful, plenty of nice shaded seating looking out on the dunes, a magical place to sit and watch as the light changes on the sand. Fantastic generous breakfast, best I had on the whole trip + really comfortable beds!

The place is amazing. Very nice and friendly staff, authentic atmosphere, very hot water in the shower. The breakfast and the dinner were great with traditional food. We took the 2-hour jeep tour and 1hour quad tour offered by the camp and it is absolutely worth it. We are very happy with our stay, it was an amazing experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Desert Villa. Youssef and his family are incredibly hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They shared with us their amazing story, and it was truly inspiring. This place is not just a regular hotel or a Riad, but the realization of a dream come true. Every detail of the Desert Villa reflects the passion and dedication they’ve poured into the project, and you can feel it in every corner of the property. The warm welcome and the authentic atmosphere made our experience truly unique and unforgettable.     Experiencing the desert in this beautiful camp is a life defining experience. From the start, we were well taken care of with clear directions on the meeting point, followed by a interesting 4x4 bumpy ride through the sands to the camp which is a distance in from the paved roads, passing by rudimentary Berber villages. Upon reaching the camp, we were checked into a comfortable, spacious camp and then off on a camel ride to a vantage point, with the dunes in the yonder and the setting sun on the horizon, a truly subliminal experience. Back to camp for a delicious dinner, huge portions to finish. Following that was a fine drum and singing performance by the locals before the campfire, which was certainly fun to partake in too! To round off the night, we were brought to a view point for a unobscured starry sky, the type of experience which brings out your inner philosopher. Off to a deep, restful sleep in the comfortable bed and the next morning was again another feast with the best food. Only regret was the short amount of time we had there due to the long distances we had to travel to get there and out of there. Truly a magical experience, especially due to all the staff of Kam Kam Dunes who were warm, engaging and knowledgeable and spared no effort to make us comfortable and enjoy our stay.

    Sim this up. You walk out of Road, cross the road and 5 minute walk you’re in the dunes walking the Sahara - knowing your room in just across the r road!!! The staff were great. Hassan looked after me and the chef dude, Efan (sorry, I know I have your name wrong, my bad) was really great. Sorted anything we needed and was lovely to talk to. And the main dude Aussou was lovely to have a deeper conversation with. We were spoiled with the facilities - we had a kitchen and washing machine in our very large apartment. It was the most luxurious we’ve had on our journey across Morocco. So hot though, wish ac could go cooler. Pool was great. To be honest, we loved our stay here cause it was so easy and chilled. Lads will sort whatever you need or send you in right direction and ain’t looking for something in return. Got great STV quad bikes from dude next door a little down the road. Was a really amazing stay. Thank you MERZOUGA!!!!!

    I ended up choosing this place after have booked an activity at the desert where the meeting point would be in this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my whole experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure every need was met. They even came to pick us up at the bus and arranged a taxi to the airport for our return flight. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and designed with both good taste and comfort. I especially appreciated the thoughtful details, like the comfortable mattresses, the good quality linens and towels. The outstanding breakfas truly made mornings enjoyable and the dinner was pleasing — the meals were both tasty and beautifully presented. The pool area felt like an oasis, perfect for relaxation on chaise longe with beach towels available for free. I've been in many places across Morocco and I would definitely recommend this place.

    The location was just perfect. Nestled among the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi, of all the desert camps we saw when doing activities. Merzouga Luxury Desert Camps had the very best location. The staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay in the Sahara Desert. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they answered our every question. They were extremely polite, welcoming and kind and made our stay memorable. All the activities we wanted to do such as camel trekking and Quad biking were right there at our finger tips and organised by the staff whenever we requested something. The camp was so peaceful and the ambience in the desert was surreal. I would recommend a two night stay so you don’t have to rush away and can enjoy the peace and quiet of the desert in a leisurely way.

    Very nice, typical hotel, personalized welcome. Outdoor parking on site. Relaxing atmosphere. Very pleasant pool with an exceptional view of the dunes. Second pool heated to 32 degrees and clean... wow it's wonderful to swim there in the evening with a starry sky. The food is delicious. Beer and wine at a reasonable price. Extraordinary, helpful and supportive staff. A detour is essential to discover this wonderful place, located at the gateway to the desert. One of the best places to explore the dunes. Asphalt road to the Riad.

    We really loved our stay at sahara desert luxury camp. We went there by camel, lovely ride during the afternoon. We were warmly welcomed in the camp. The tents were warm due to the heating in the tent. We stayed two nights what i really recommend to fully enjoy the desert experience. We did a quad ride, booked via the camp (the quads come to the camp where you start) and sandboarding (boards available for free in the camp). Delicious food, lovely lunch spot on top of a dune. Would 100% recommend this luxury desert camp.

    Air-conditioned room, essential for Morroco winter and 🌵desert. The facilities are real good, I feel like I am in a hotel room. Big and clean, with comfortable beds. The place is close to dunes, you can easily walk around and see the desert sunset and sunrise. Dinner is served with four courses and included in the price. Really good dinner and tasty! The camel ride to and from the camp is 40 euro p.p. which is a reasonable price I think. The music is good as well. We enjoyed a lot in erg chebbi sand dunes!

    It is a good place to stop before going to the desert. The pool is nice to cool down. The lunch we had was well served and the food was well prepared. The hotel is located close to the desert dunes we climbed a dune to enjoy the view and is also 5min walk to the main city square.

    Auberge Les Roches is perfectly located near the desert dunes. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always ready to help. The food was amazing, and we enjoyed every meal. They also arranged an incredible camel trek for us. A truly memorable stay!

    It was the perfect place for us to meet and get some rest the night before heading to Merzouga! Hassan is a lovely person and was super helpful in getting to and from his home. His home is extremely clean and spacious. Hassan was a great host! I would highly recommend his home.

    I had a wonderful experience in Merzouga, but what I didn’t like were the fake guides who tried to stop us and sell us a terrible experience. Please avoid them and book everything through an authorized place, like a hotel. Don’t book with these fake guides you won’t get the comfort or quality you’re looking for.

    We stayed one night at Overnight Camp Erg Chebbi, and it was one of the highlights of our trip to Morocco! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The location is breathtaking—right in the heart of the dunes. We arrived by camel ride at sunset, which was magical. The tents were clean, cozy, and surprisingly well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a private bathroom. Dinner was delicious, and the Berber music by the fire added a special touch to the night. In the morning, we watched the sunrise over the dunes—an unforgettable sight. Everything was perfectly organized, and the calm, peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a dream. If you want to experience the Sahara in comfort and with great hospitality, this camp is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!
