- From £155.98 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.2Good - What previous guests thought, 216 reviewsWe had a nice stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. It’s conveniently located near minimarkets, which was great for quick purchases. A particularly nice touch was the presence of a sandbox/play area for kids—it made it easier to relax while the little ones had fun. The property has good features like a dual shower and dryer, although the bathroom space was a bit tight. There were also a few ants near the entrance, which could be improved. Still, the positives outweighed the small issues, and we appreciated the thoughtful family-friendly setup. Would recommend for families looking for a practical and comfortable stay.Guest review byKabeerUnited States
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 168 reviewsLoved everything about it. The ideal riad. Lovely staff. Nice hammam. Good breakfast. Felt very well looked after and I will be recommending to all my friends and family. The beds were fine but could be improved a little. The water in the shower didn’t drain properly. And the towels were ready for replacement. These small things didn’t impact my experience significantly and overall it was still 10/10.Guest review byJuliaSaudi Arabia

The issue was that I booked accommodation in the old medina which is a labyrinth. This leaves tourists being constantly harassed by locals trying to scam money from them or deliberately deceiving them about closed streets, etc. Skip Fez and go to Marrakech and Essouira. So much better without all the hassles:)Guest review byRichardUnited States - 6.0

Very authentic city but lacking nice restaurants that felt clean. In the newer area there was a great place called Le Stream. Favorite places were the music museum and mausoleum. Petit Taxis were reasonably priced and made getting around the city inexpensive and easy.Guest review byDonnaCanada - 10.0

Peculiar European style roof houses for sliding the melted ice, calm, quiet and very comfortable hotels available, especially I highly recommend MICHLIFEN RESORT. Hotel staff was very obedient, punctual. Hotel surrounding, forest tour by walk.. Deep inside, a visit to a small lake for a short picnic, smaller town comparatively and a short centre ville visit are special moments in 4 days visit. A retirement town. I breathed most clean air in the whole of my life. Very clean town.. I always used to rate some rural area of Sub Saharan Africa as the best for good air quality but now my new option is IFRANE of this beautiful country "MOROCCO".Guest review byJayant PALNITKARIndia - 6.0
Not much happening in this town.
Not much happening in this town. Hard to find good restaurants. Most places seem to serve fast food. Probably the biggest draw is the proximity to Ifrane National Park and the famous Barbary macaques. They are easily spotted on the road N13 leading into town mainly because people like to feed them there so there are plenty to see.Guest review byJamesUnited States - 10.0
Booking.
Booking. Com is very hard to write a review in the system, it deleted all my long descriptions. The accommodation was wonderful and welcoming. The 15th century palace in the middle of the 9000 Fez alleyways was stunning and beautiful. The staff was exceptional and helpful and quickly became friends. Moroccan people are polite and respectful and helpful.Guest review bycorinnaUnited States - 10.0
A Hidden Gem for Peace and Tranquility
A Hidden Gem for Peace and Tranquility Nestled far from the hustle and bustle of modern cities, this town offers a serene retreat into a simpler, more peaceful way of life. The charm of the town lies in its timeless atmosphere, where modernity is far from the priority. Here, life moves at a slower pace. The architecture of Moulay Idriss mosque is nothing short of breathtaking, The intricate tiles and majestic arches tell stories of a rich cultural heritage, while the fountains within the mosque add a sense of tranquility and spiritual serenity. It’s a place where you can spend hours marveling at the craftsmanship and feeling completely at peace. The landscapes are equally captivating, with vast stretches of olive trees dotting the hillsides. What makes this town even more special is its people — respectful , down to earth and welcoming, they embody the warmth of a culture that values tradition and hospitality. There’s no fuss here, just a genuine sense of community.Guest review byNorMorocco - 4.0

-It shouldn’t be 4 starts hotel. It’s very very old. TVs are not working in all rooms ( literary) so many plugins are not working. Lamps are not working. - rooms are extremely small specially the triple ones. -The hotel is Average clean -The view was amazing from our balcony -Breakfast is very limited but acceptable. Loved the beautiful artisanal crafts and decor everywhere.
Loved the beautiful artisanal crafts and decor everywhere. Love this place for its connection to history. What I didn’t like was how the people living in the medina would lie about roads being closed, keep trying to befriend you in a fake way do they can lead you anywhere then fight about tips. I also really disliked the obscene tourist pricing in the markets. Artisans and shop kerpers mark up items 4, 5 or more times what the price of the item should be. A lot of deception and trickery when selling.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Don't believe the online videos or guidebooks that say that the whole of Meknes is a building site! While there is a lot of renovation going on, there are still marvelous things to see and do. The medina is very interesting and comes with very little hassling. Its worth taking a day trip - or longer - to the mid Atlas mountains.Guest review byJaneSouth Africa - 8.0

Ifrane is a small town so choices for food outside of the few hotels are limited. We like to take drives in the countryside each day and then return to town. There are a few very nice parks to walk through. Especially Ain Vittel on the outskirts of town.Guest review byoilpatchmikeUnited States
