They were always asking if everything was okay. We told them that the pillows were very bad and they immediately changed them with better ones. The restaurant was also nice and the staff very friendly.

Hotel is new and big. We stayed in two quite exoensive riads before this and honestly this was much better for almost the same price. There is water always, and hot one, it is clean, beds are good, you can eat without a fear of geeting sick, location is in the safest neighbourhood and cloae to the city, people are nice, there is a nice rooftop bar, wifi is weak for working but was ok for whatsapp and youtube. Air doesnt smell bad in the rooms like in medina and also there is better isolation then in Riads. As I said for Marocco this is a geat hotel. Everyone speaks English and French.

During our stay we loved everything and every detail: beautiful , spacious suites; relaxed atmosphere and plenty of space throughout the hotel. Lot of tastefully decorated cosy corners, 3 outdoor swimming pools and it never felt crowded eventhough hotel was fully booked. The staff are friendly and helpful, nothing was too much to ask for. Food is really good in all 3 restaurants and reasonably priced. We enjoyed our Family massage at Spa , as well as private cinema experience . Hotel is located outside of the city , but only 25 mins ride away from the Medina / Hivernage areas . We liked being able to retreat to the tranquil area of the hotel after experiencing vibrant energy of Souk. The place is even more beautiful than on the pictures and we will definitely come back. Five stars!

Savoy Le Grand Hotel Marrakech
We loved the staff in the front of house. Try e concierge, car services and reception staff were all top notch. Chaymaa was the star of our show. I wanted to do something special for my fiancée and she arranged everything and was so easy and kind. She really made our stay special. As Marrakesh is a busy place we arranged for car/drivers from Savoy. Mone (sp?) was a driver for a few of our excursions. He was incredibly helpful and a driving with him was a welcome part of our trip.
