I was really impressed with the check in process .we had arrived from airport. it was exceptional the Supervisor Baccar anf his team was greeting the guests and calling them w their names at arrival Teissir and all the rest of the team were very friendly. The Spa was outstanding the team was very caring and I really loved the cleanliness of the space ❤️ 😍

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Urban Hotel Suite, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hotel's location is perfect, Whether you’re looking to explore the city or relax in comfort, it’s ideally situated. I also appreciated the delicious breakfast options. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the level of service. Every staff member went out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant stay, and their attention to detail was remarkable. Overall, my experience at Urban Hotel Suite was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-notch stay in the city. I’ll certainly be returning in the future!

we arrived after midnight and when we checked in the room we got was one with double bed, although we asked for twin beds. the receptionist change the accommodation to a 2 bedrooms suite, so problem solved breakfast had it all for 1 night stay, everything were pleasant

    Don't expect any real tourist attractions.

    Don't expect any real tourist attractions. Take it for what it is. Go to the same store every day and get to know the person that works there. Find a hole-in-the-wall restaurant and go there each day and try everything (or the same thing if they only have 1 item on the menu). You are bound to meet people that will make your stay enjoyable.

    Nice and beautiful city.

    Nice and beautiful city. Don’t get hasseled into anything considering everyone is looking to make some money. Big city, with a big market, make sure you discus prices with every cab drivers. I was presently suprised since i saw some places you dont see on the internet or in any travel vlogs.
