We generally go on holiday several times per year, but.. The food was amazing, I never had such good food on any of my travels. All of the staff was amazing, they almost felt like family when we left. The hotel is well maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the private beach is just outside. The massages at the spa are extremely good as well. Never before, I gave a hotel a 10 out of 10.

And Izzul also has Italian cuisine in his little finger, so that you simply won't want to go anywhere at all. This hotel is really amazing which deserves my 5 stars review and honestly, the staffs were so cooperative and nice. (Manager, Chef, Server, Receptionist especially) We were given a free delicious lunch when we arrived and assisted us all throughout. They are all friendly and well informed about everything in the island. The room is really great with a wooden-dim ambiance and a cute little coffee garden behind. The room comes with an espresso machine as well. The food were all 5-stars which really surprised us. It exceeded our expectations as every meal were so delicious and served like in a 5 stars fine dining restaurant. Everything in this hotel were amazing aside from this wonderful local island. I strongly recommend this to everyone, solo, group, couple who would like to enjoy the serenity and beauty of Fulhadhoo Islands in Maldives.

Thank to the team of Clarks hotel the holidays went very well! Hotel is quite new and our room was amazing with the sea view and we had chance to see a sunrise. The room is stylish and well equipped with the contemporary technics. The team is very kind and helpful, they are sincerely ready to answer all questions and to take care about their guests. They even remember what you prefer for breakfast or dinner and also were ready to solve uncommon situations as i had during my stay with medical emergency. Breakfasts and dinners were good, they were not super diverse, but they were prepared with the soul and by professional team. Thanks to chief and his guys!

We were greeted onto the island by bongo’s,the staff welcoming us on the pier and serving us fresh coconut water before our lovely villa host,Harnie drove us on a buggy through the lush island plantations to our incredible, newly renovated,spacious and private over water villa,which offered full sea and beach view,and from where we enjoyed complete tranquility. The staff was impeccable! They always went out of their way to make each of our experiences memorable and personalized,remembering our names,surprising us with honeymoon cake, champagne and decorations and always offering us our preferred drinks for breakfast and dinner. Every night, we were taken on an amazing culinary journey at one of the five incredible restaurants,that offer cuisines from around the world and each in a beautiful setting,overlooking the water. Our favorite restaurants were “spice” and “sea” - Sea is the under water restaurant, from where we were taken on a gastronomic journey of a five course meal, six meters under water,experiencing the “message in a bottle” immersive dinner whilst marveling at the sharks, stingrays and more fish than you can imagine, peacefully swim around us in unison. The amazing execute chef,Joachim prepared our dessert on the table,like a masterpiece too beautiful to eat,and he was always present at the restaurants, ensuring guests were enjoying their outstanding meals. Another “wauw” experience was the snorkeling, which we thoroughly enjoyed and we were so impressed by the abundance of marine creatures and sea life, swimming around, just feet below the surface of the Indian Ocean. It felt so calm under the water,and as though the fish were inviting us to join them in their underwater World. Anantara Kihavah is truly one of the BEST resorts we have ever stayed at and we loved every moment of this unforgettable honeymoon.

    Milaidhoo is a true heaven exists on this earth. If you are looking for a place so relaxing, magical and as beautiful as photos seen in Maldives, you should choose Milaidhoo. The wonderful experience starts from the moment we transferred back from the Hard Rock Hotel. Milaidhoo pre-arranged a transfer with Hard Rock Hotel for us to meet the host at the airport. The host right away brought our luggages and took over with Seaplane check in. We are brought to the lounge with plenty of drinks and snacks. We took the first seaplane out at 10am and were received by a group of amazing people at Milaidhoo. The way they welcomed us, we felt that we were back to an old friends’ place. The smiles, the white dressed people with very nice scented towels, we feel we have landed in a heaven in the Indian Ocean. We were immediately escorted by our wonderful host, Yenny, showing the island and places. Our water villa 106 was definitely part of this amazing experience. The room is clean, well-built, furnished with all the luxury-branded items - drinks, cookie and a very big Bathtub overlooking the Ocean. We are welcomed by a sight of beautifully chilled Champagne with fruits basket. Though this is our first time at Milaidhoo, our host, Yenny was like an old friend we met again. She speaks not like someone just doing her work, but like an old friend who know our concerns, ready to help with anything. Every time we asked something, she was there the next second. She and the team made us a lot of surprises like flower bathtub, special words on postcards, writing on the beds, local sacks daily and the Milaidhoo photo frame with our photo we brought back for memories. The food quality is really comparable with a 5-stars restaurant from a big city like Singapore. The Turtle Watching Experience was a must try. We feel very safe in a good environment with all the people there talking to us, really making us feel like in a family home that we didn’t want to leave.

    Our experience at Royal Island Resort was nothing short of amazing! Nestled in the heart of the Baa Atoll Biosphere Reserve, this island is a true gem. While not overly large, the island boasts lush vegetation that creates a serene and picturesque environment. The cleanliness of the resort was impeccable, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain it at the highest standards. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The resort team organized our transfer seamlessly, perfectly timed to coincide with our international flight, which was a huge relief. A special mention goes to Faridun, who personally welcomed us, guided us to our villa, and ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. His attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. Our villa was a haven of comfort, cleaned twice daily with fresh water, towels, and everything else we could possibly need replenished promptly. The attention to detail was outstanding. The dining experience was equally exceptional. The buffet offered a wide variety of cuisines, catering to every palate—whether you’re a fan of traditional Maldivian dishes, Chinese flavors, European classics, or other international options. We were fortunate to have Habib as our server during meals, and his kindness, cheerful demeanor, and attentiveness made each meal a pleasure. He ensured we always had drinks and anything else we needed. We also took advantage of some of the excursions offered by the activities center, which were wonderfully organized and provided unforgettable memories. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, the resort has something for everyone. We wholeheartedly recommend Royal Island Resort to anyone seeking a slice of paradise.     We stayed in the over water villa and we loved waking up to the ocean! The villa was spacious with the pool and huge tub. We did the sabrage which was a total joy! we did the scuba diving, kayaking, snorkeling and the fish feeding which turned out to be rays and sharks feeding which was so much fun! Sam the sommelier was excellent during the sabrage course with his easy going nature. Our butler Anastasiia checked on us all the time and prepared the loveliest birthday welcome for me at breakfast and dinner as well. Our dive guide Quen was so ever patient with us and made us feel so comfortable after having not dived for 10 years. All in all we had an excellent trip!

    The staff were amazing. We especially liked our host Shaily. She was very attentive, explained everything well, responded promptly to our concerns and was always at our service. The buggy drivers were always very helpful and friendly. The service provided was the best we have ever experienced and a highlight of the trip. The food was also phenomenal, and it was nice to have different themes throughout the week. Variety of options for all meals and everything was flavourful. The room was cleaned at least twice a day, and they kept everything immaculate. It truly was a great stay and a place that we would highly recommend to friends and family.

    I had very high expectations for my first trip to the Maldives, so I carefully researched a hotel that would offer everything we typically see in social media posts. My final choice was Vakkaru. My expectations regarding the location were exceeded — not only because of the stunning beauty of the place but also due to the outstanding service provided by the staff, especially our butler, Sato. I also need to mention the professionalism of the top manager — whose name I can’t quite remember — and the kindness of Rijal, who is responsible for the pool area. I will definitely return.

    It was our second visit to this hotel. Everything remained at the same high level as on our first visit. The villa with sunset and ocean view was lovely. Good maintenance, cleanliness, service - everything was top notch. We felt the care and attention to detail in the hotel. The cuisine was varied, everything is fresh and delicious. Several restaurants with a variety of cuisine. The main advantage of the hotel is a beautiful live reef, in the last days a huge turtle came directly to the villa and was in the lagoon for a few days, it was unforgettable.

    The room was kept very clean, being serviced twice a day. The pool belonging to the villa was fantastic and was kept very clean. The service in the restaurant was excellent, with a special mention to Musafir! The dive centre was well organised, as were the dives. The diving at the local reef is not the best though. The beaches around the resort are very nice and kept clean. There is a lot to do for children and they are very welcome everywhere in the resort.

    We liked almost everything.

    We liked almost everything. Our vacation was relaxing and beautiful. The beach was perfect, with soft almost white sand and warm, clear blue water. The bungalow was was really cozy with sun set view. Snorkeling we saw sharks, turtles, so many amazing small fishes. And they were almost near our place. We had wonderful neighbors and made new friendships.

    The people that work there in the island are very genuine...

    The people that work there in the island are very genuine and polite and helpful, always smiling. They make your time there very pleasant. Don’t forget to tip them. Jr and Anastasia from the club house coordinators are amazing and multi talented individuals. Don’t miss their daily sport activities by the pool.

    Expected Dharavandoo just to be a transit island with it's airport traveling to a resort nearby. We had chosen to spend a few days in the Biosphere guesthouse. The charming guesthouse itself, the wonderfull staff and the range of activities made us extend our stay with a few days. It's the perfect startingpoint for alot of affordeable (water) activities and also the island has alot to offer (inc nice beaches, snorkling spot's, sports- and playgrounds, restaurant (Krill is recomended!),... We spent new year's eve where the islands council arranges a memorable big party for tourists and residents.

    Overall, it’s an excellent place to destress or spend time w families or just a couple retreat! Very organized from the airport in Male to our final destination in the resort and vice versa. It was our first time in Maldives and we immediately felt safe knowing that someone was waiting for us to give us guide and navigate the how’s and do’s.

    Says that you get transportation to the island.

    Says that you get transportation to the island. We paid for 6 nights and 5 days and got kicked out at 0300 am even though check out was at 1200. They made us leave 12 hours early because the free transfer was NOT free. We then had to sit and sleep in airports all day. They said we could pay an extra $289 per person to get the seaplane or we had to leave at 0300 and robbed us of a full day and have refused to reimburse us. In addition to this, my partner was drugged while staying there and the staff did nothing to help us or accommodate us. I would NOT stay in this place ever again!!!! It reads on their website that seaplane is free to island. They got us way late on the first day, and made us leave 12 hours early on the final day and have refused to comp us for the final day. I would NEVER stay here again nor would I recommend other guests to stay here. Everything was an additional upgraded cost, most activities were cancelled or non existent, or were additional costs. It is also very sad that this place turned out not to be safe since my partner was roofied while staying here and the staff expressed no concern by this.

    Really paradise. Very calm and cozy place. Heaven for kids nad families - plenty restaurants, Kids club, Play place, Gym, sand-sand-sand, icecream-icecream-icecream, pool, and many thing to do... Also, please do kayak around island, Also, please do walk around Iceland. it takes only 30 minutes... what a good walk!

    The beach is so clean without any plastics wastes and trash. The sand bank is so beautiful and waters are coming with so amazing colors. I believe everyone traveled to Fulhadhoo was amazed by its beauty and tranquility. I do wish Fulhadhoo keeps its identity as exquisite, exclusive and pure inhabited islands open for travelers without increasing any unnecessary commercials. Just one thing for this island, the East sand band is soooo beautiful with its own serenity but I don’t understand why almost every day someone is burning rubber trash nearby which makes the sunrise time and mid-noon amazing waters time so unpleasant.

    The overall stay was absolutely wonderful with exceptional service. We were well treated by the representatives of the resort right from the airport, throughout our vacation until we took off. The Sea plane journey was a new experience and we loved it. Mr. Bharat received us with a warm welcome to the resort. We had a personal butler, Mr. Niyaz who gave us a wonderful service. We really loved the ambiance, and the privacy that water villas provided. We enjoyed snorkeling too. Every country follows different cultures and different cuisines. Most of the countries have their own culture, food, style and they like to follow it that way only. Must be keeping this in mind the resort has a variety if cuisines which was delectable. Staffs in all the restaurants were very polite and always ready to serve. Ms. DeviRani, incharge of Indian Cuisine (Sufuraa Restaurant) was very friendly and sweet. Coming to drinks, there were all types of drinks(Alcoholic/Non-Alcoholic). We even got a chance to make our own cocktail. Halaboli bar(bar with the pool) had daily night DJs which should not be missed. There were lot of water activities we could try with additional charges. Also we had a complementary 30 mts spa which was so relaxing. Coming to beach, the water was very clear and there are no words to describe its beauty. The turquoise color of the calm water was so addictive and we could just spend hours in it. We did snorkeling twice a day. We were even lucky to see a sting ray, which the resort staff said is not a common spot. The swing located a little inside the beach was a real beauty to watch. And near the shore we could spot small shark and school of fish. Without thinking twice, I can say this with confidence that it is definitely worth a visit. They do not provide food after 10 which was a little inconvenient. But we get drinks anytime.

    A beautiful island, lovingly maintained.

    A beautiful island, lovingly maintained. Despite its age, it is in very good condition, clean and comfortable. We lived in room 222 - cozy and cool. Professional and friendly staff. All issues are resolved promptly and kindly. The food is beyond praise, a real culinary show. The reefs are alive, with diverse wildlife: sharks, turtles and fish. Nice live music. Special thanks to manager Nipun for his warm and professional support.
