The whole complex is nicely spaced out and private amongst the jungle and there is even it's own little jungle walking route you can follow without getting lost! There are options of rooms with private bathrooms but we went for a room with shared bathrooms which were really good and very clean. There is also an educational side to the site about Mayan history and caring for the jungle habitat. We stayed here as we were kayaking the river for 5 days and this was a great place to stay at the start and end as we could begin our river trip from right outside our room! Staff were friendly and they even offered to open up the restaurant for us to have dinner even though we arrived late. I would definitely stay here again and honestly can't believe why it wasn't busier.Guest review byLeanneUnited Kingdom
