The hotel and the room were just amazing! The room was spacious and had a gorgeous view, we could see a bit of the ocean and the forest. The staff prepared us a beautiful surprise for our honeymoon, we had tasty slices of cake and towels folded in the shape of swans 😊 They also provided free bottles of water, tea and coffee, and some snacks in the fridge. In the bathroom, we also had plenty of free accessories, such as toothbrushes, a comb, a sanitary bag, a cap, etc. The balcony was big enough for us to sit and relax. The hotel had a large swimming pool and a private beach with sun loungers under large wood canopies that could protect us from both the sun and the rain. They also provided free towels to use at the pool and at the beach. The breakfast was amazingly varied, they had local dishes, roti, eggs, sausages, fruit, croissants, mini doughnuts, bread, pancakes, waffles, juices, tea, coffee, cereals, almost anything one could think of! We tried two of their restaurants, Beach Brasserie and Pahn-Thai Restaurant. Both were incredibly good, although a bit expensive for the prices that can be generally found in Malaysia. The latter needs to be booked the day before to guarantee a table. Their laundry service is super efficient and fast, they took care of our clothes in just one night! We really wish to come back someday 😊
A wonderful luxury resort in the middle of the jungle, in contact with pure nature, the villa was very modern, incorporated with wood and natural materials, very comfortable and clean, the staff is incredibly friendly and everyone tried very hard to make my husband and I comfortable and beautiful.
The food in the Rimba restaurant and the Pegaga restaurant was superb.
The views with sunsets are breathtaking. I would absolutely come back.

We had a suit which was more than enough for us (2 adults and one kid)
also, we requested a nanny for our 3 year old babe and they answered our request in a timely manner. She was very kind and our little boy got along instantly.

Many years ago when I first visited Penang, I stayed at this hotel. After that, I booked the hotel many times, when I come back here, like I come back to my home and I can meet my friends.
Beautiful resort we enjoy a lot our stay there. The massage was fantastic i very recommend to try it. Prices are little bit high compare other malaysian places but reasonable.
Great room, awesome breakfast...on the beach...booked for 3 nights...extended for another 3 nights...friendly staff...and looked after the room daily...highly recommend.

Kuah is just about decent but i would prefer the Cenang Beach area . If you can't get a hotel there, Kuah should be your next choice. The Island is small so you can get around in under 30 minutes to any spot of the island.

Average Malaysian town.
Average Malaysian town. Not much to do other than a couple museums/art gallery. I'm there to visit family, but would not go out of my way to take a holiday there. Ramadan bazaar was a highlight, though.

It is a small peaceful town with lots of shops you find in big cities. The food is cheap. The Pasar Tani was interesting. It is situated behind Restoran Berkat. This restaurant consists of a few stalls serving local delicacies. A must come for people not familiar with the local food. There is a more modern township called Amanjaya for the younger ones. But I prefer the area around the famous Clock Tower.

The staff were lovely and very welcoming. The Thai Restaurant was amazing - getting to the Sky Cab was just walking distance, that's worth a visit. I did a Mangrove Tour which was pretty good... I went on my own but a group tour might have been just as good.

Great beach, not to many people, good to watch the sunset. But lots of it is privat and your only allowed to walk along the shore in these parts, which is kinda sad and stupid as you wouldnt disturb anyone by staying there. but the public places are great too so not too much of a let down.

Small town, not suitable for shoppers. Recommended for those who enjoying eating. Recommended place is Dusun Riffa which can spend time from 9 am - 7 pm with good scenery, clean place and very good food. Also recommended KinKin Restaurant which is cheap but tasty. A few more good foods but can find other places as well.
Bundle shops - there are a lot of good stuff to shop with good quality.

Most happening area of Langkawi. Only beach with sports activities like parasailing, water scooter, boats, kyaking etc. Lots of cafes around and and a big flee market with multiple duty free shops nearby. Above all underwater world is also at 2 mins of drive from pantai cenang beach. Above all vegitarian indian food is also available in few restaurants of pantai cenang market.
