This venue offers intimate lodges decorated in an African style. You can find natural cosmetics in the rooms (including mosquito repellent). There are 3 swimming pools, one located in the main area offering drinks and meals. The staff was nice, smiling, and offering excellent service. We took advantage of laundry service that was at a reasonable price and very high standard. Breakfast offers local options, similar to a buffet dinner with a braai and an amazing dessert station. Lodges are located 27 km away from the main gate to Etosha National Park.
I had a great stay at the Farmhouse Boutique. It's the perfect guesthouse to stay before visiting Etosha National Park. The owner is a true joy to meet and I was welcomed with open arms. The new rooms look great I had some great meals at the restaurant. There's a nice bar there too. I'd highly recommend a stay at the Farmhouse Boutique. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff.
We particularly loved the beauty of the place, the comfort of the bedding, the attentiveness, and the warm welcome from the staff who go out of their way to ensure our comfort. Special mention to the chef, who takes the time and care to ask us how the meal is each evening, and especially to Vanessa, who was extremely kind and with whom we loved chatting.
We will be back!
Everything is perfect except it is very expensive. Really a 5-star accommodation in any perspective.
Regarding animal sighting, we saw an elephant in distant when we were having our lunch. There is also a waterhole that you can view from restaurants or walk very close. Higher chance seeing rarer animals like lions and Kudu.
The staff here were so kind and friendly. it had such a lovely welcoming atmosphere. The views were incredible and the pool / garden area is lovely. The food was absolutely delicious and the chef went out of her way to accommodate our kids. This felt like a really luxurious end to our holiday.
A very good lodge with excellent home cooked foods. This is probably one lodge that put in the heart and soul to cook some decent local foods for the guests. The dog will bring you on a "guided" hiking trail. Friendly staff and very nice surrounding for people looking for some quiet time.
Wonderful place to stay for those who don't want to sleep in a lodge inside Etosha National Parc.
The view from the reception is absolutely amazing, especially at sunset and sundown.
Rooms are very confortable and with a beautiful decoration.
The food was tasty.
Accommodation was very good. For me personally the pillows were too soft but even so I slept very well. No TV was a really good change as you don't need it if you are an early bird. Anyway, if you wanted to watch tv you could stay at home.
Good food! You understand flavours.
The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. I had my birthday there and they sang and brought me cake with candles. Nicest holiday I have ever had in Africa!
I told my friends and relatives.

We spent two nights here…it was the right amount of time to view animals in Etosha National Park. The terrain here (unlike Numatoni) is vast and flat. Animals are few and far between but with persistance and great binoculars we spotted a Black Rhinocerous, elephants, zebra, springbok, oryx, giraffe, ostriches, and 1 lion, all during daylight hours. The food is best OUTSIDE the park. There is NO fuel in the ENTIRE park! The “Trading Post” is the nearest fuel to this village (less than 10km). Fuel is CRITICAL for planning in rural Namibia!

Our second visit to this lovely Sasa camp, just because of the unique scenery to the Ugab valley and with it's charming natural stone cottages. The considerate hosts & delicious food from the kitchen crowned our visit again - thank you so much!

We were disappointed by the extremely bad roads in the park. There is no information about the rugged dirt roads in the park. We were happy to leave the park without an accident or car broken. No good for self drive!
There were no animals at the waterhole in Okaukuejo...

There is quite a bit to see in Outjo and the surrounding area. Outjo itself is a pleasant small town and it is within easy reach of the Etosha National Park, Twyfelfontein, the Petrified Forest and Vingerklip.
