Incredible view from the balcony. You could see the sunset as well as the different ships heading past. The sea was only a few meters away and also the city centre was very close (5 min. walk). The rooms were incredible. We booked two rooms that could be turned into one big apartment by a connecting hallway. Very good for friends or a family with children. Breakfast in the room delivered in the morning at the time booked.

Location, as described on website, is literally right on the beach. We were in Beachroom 4 which meant we had the beach at our front door and a restaurant next door who very kindly brought our takeaway orders right to our Beachroom table, so we really didn't have to go anywhere to have everything we needed. Considering the rooms are built directly under a boardwalk, they have excellent temperature control with great heating that we needed and air conditioning units for hotter months. Whilst there are no windows, if you lift the blind on the door it becomes a large window with a view of the beach, the ships sailing past and the beautiful sunsets. Just don't forget that there is a restaurant and a walkway outside and make sure you are fully dressed when opening the blind! Our 5 year old found it so exciting staying right on the beach and seeing the ships from our room and the amenities such as microwave and fridge were really useful to help us feed our two year old.

The architecture und rooms are incredible. The beach is right around the corner and the hotel is dog friendliy. You are not allowed to bring the dog in the dining room, but you are able to order the breakfast to your room, which was very cosy and nice. We had more than enough to eat, coffee and orange juice. Although the room was small (there are different sizes), it was enough for 2 people + dog, the floor has tiles and a nice balcony.

Hotel Browery is our place to stay when we are in Domburg cause the concept of the hotel and the excellent price for quality is convincing. Excellent location calm but near from center and beach. The room is clean and with enough comfort to have a goid stay. And a big plus us that breakfast is included.

Perfect for families with children, dog owners and people with mobility problems. Not so perfect if you're a nightlife person. :) Tiny quiet village, 15th century church, (souvenir) shops, plenty of cafs and eateries, very wide beaches. Sun, beach, sea, really, what more does a person need.

It's a small town with a city center and a few shopping opportunities around the church. There was also a restaurant that seemed very cozy and always seemed to be well visited. There's a forest area (de Manteling) close by and I can really recommend walking or biking there. The museum Terra Maris is also close by, in the area that belongs to Kasteel Westhove which is stunning. The museum is really interesting and a big part of it is outside. It feels really relaxing to just stroll around the area. Oostkapelle beach was also very nice but you can't park too close to the beach. Vrouwenpolder beach, which I liked a lot more, is also close by. So is Domburg beach.

Vrouwenpolder has great beaches close by. You can rent a bike and bike safely for hours. Many great restaurants and you HAVE to visit Neeltje Jans! It's an amazing marvel of Dutch engineering, water management and conservation of the ecosystem of the Oosterschelde. Middelburg and Veere close by are icing on the cake! Visit the Veere harbor first before visiting downtown Middelburg for amazing food and bars!

Very cute and lively city in the middle of Zeeland, it is a great base point to visit other neighbouring places of interest like natural parks, coastal cities and other routes. Middelburg has a wide array of restaurants and bars to choose and the streets are cozy. There is some cultural landmarks to visit such as the Abadij or the windmills situated by the star-shaped canals. Walkable city with some free parking in the outskirts.

Lots of shops including grocery stores. Lots of places to eat; especially options of bars/restaurants near the beach. Train station had intercity trains and all stops so it was very handy. None of the places I went had english translations which is chill it just made it a little more difficult. DEFINITELY recommend the Efteling, it was so good. Not in Vlissingen but a short train/bus
