- From £214.37 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 2,304 reviewsEverything was excellent! The breakfast buffet had a good variety and good quality of food. Our Room was on the 5th floor and was overlooking the back side of the hotel with a beautiful view of the waterfall and mountains. There was a lovely stream flowing below and it kept giving us some a beautiful ambient relaxing sound. The staff were very attentive. The Spa facilities were fantastic and the relax rooms were great. The indoor and Outdoor pools were nice too, especially the outdoor pool with the various massage jets. It is the best hotel to stay when visiting Geiranger.Guest review byMuffadalUnited Arab Emirates
- From £264.39 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 1,419 reviewsThis got to be one of my favorite accommodations in my life. Only a hot tub was missed. :) The wooden, very nice-looking building complex is located on the bank of the fjord. Through the big window or the own balcony, we were just staring at the many-many ships and ferries gliding from right to left and vice versa. The staff was very kind, the breakfast was very good. I loved this place including the town itself during our road trip in Norway.Guest review bySzabolcs MozerHungary
- From £272.57 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.8Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 457 reviewsAlesund is a stunning town and Hotel Brosundet is right in the heart of it. The building exterior is gorgeous and matched by the lobby and rooms. Be sure to make a reservation at the restaurant in advance! We ate in the cafe and still had a lovely dinner, then stopped by the on-site bar for delicious cocktails. Overall it was an excellent location, clean and modern rooms, and all the amenities needed.Guest review byCarolUnited States

The location was good as well. We had to stay here for 1 night but would love to stay here for more nights as well. The staff waited for us to handover the keys to the cottage until late at night.Guest review byApoorvaSweden

Damn cruise ships - block the view and disgorge 1000's who monopolize the gondola.... hello cruisers, there are other people in the world you know - and we're not loud & obnoxious - come all the way from New Zealand to hear loud & obnoxious - sheesh .... Americans & aussies - not all, but enough .. how do you manage to even wipe your own ar*es Other than that - utterly utterly great place indeed .... Molde is at the western coast of Norway.
Molde is at the western coast of Norway. There is plenty of rainy weather, but when the sun shines, there is hardly a better place to visit. The stunning beauty of the mountains across the fiord is absolutely magnificent. There are nice hotels, but the prices are quite high to be a city of the size of less than 30K citizens. Maybe the cost-level reflects the history of tourism when the royal families from different nations of Europe frequented this part of Norway. You will find friendly staff at all places, but you could also pop into those who might take you as a visitor for granted. Maybe if you smile, you could get somebody smiling back to you.Guest review byKarl-Axel57Norway - 8.0

I went to Kristiansund primarily because it is so well connected and I wanted to visit a small Norwegian town on my way to Trondheim. There is not much going on here, but it is still an interesting place to visit for sure. And make sure to take a ride on Sundbåten, it is rather lovely.Guest review byAndriiUkraine - 8.0

A property that could do with some face-lift such as better and faster service offerings. Albeit negative reviews, was pleasantly surprised to experience the opposite. A nice and quiet pla e with simple amenities providing good value for money. If you don't expect too much, you will enjoy the stay. Reqlly nice and friendly staff.Guest review byRajNorway - 10.0

The fjord is beautiful. There is hiking near by. Activity business right in town. Food options are limited unless you are RV/Caravan travel. No need to travel Troll Road when you are able to get to the overlook/ tourist center to have a good look. There is a need to travel Troll road for access to the north to avoid a long circle drive.Guest review byStevenUnited States - 10.0

The area of Eisdal is one of the most beautiful in the fiords zone in Norway beeing really close to Norddsalfjorden and Geiranger Fjorden. There are several possibilities for hiking reaching some really panoramic summit like Grojet and Keipan. We also took the chance to visit Alesund driving for 90 km.Guest review byEdoardoItaly - 2.0

When you are visiting Geiranger, you need to reach Stranda through a ferry and the times for the ferry are not good. They have a ferry once a hour in the evenings and you will end up wait for an hour sometimes when you miss the previous oneGuest review byKrishna C SistlaSweden - 10.0

Spectacularly beautiful location with a variety of activities to engage and appreciate the surrounding natural beauty. A smorgasbord of walks with majestic views of the fjord and surrounding mountains to cater for all abilities. A ferry ride on the fjiord and a kayaking trip gave a water view perspective of the sheer cliff edges and numerous waterfalls. Byserk Burgers was a great spot to refuel after a solid walk.Guest review byDavidAustralia
