- From £93.68 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 7.7Good - What previous guests thought, 1,631 reviewsMy room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Nice selection of complementary tea and toiletries. Staff were super nice too. The view from my little balcony was beautiful - I could see right across the city to some hills behind. The hotel looks classy both outside and in. I had heaps of facilities I didn't use in my room, as I was only there one night (mini kitchen, even a washing machine), but the little comfy seating area, bed and desk were all great. Really felt like a mini apartment. The location is very nice: conveniently close to a City bus stop (almost outside the door), while there is a beautiful little park on the other side of the hotel. It's better to take a bus or taxi with luggage as the hill is very steep. However the highlight of the hotel for me was the wonderful pair of swimming pools. A small cool water pool for swimming and then a little hot water pool for relaxing next to it, both open air. The view with the exotic (at least for a non-Kiwi) trees and flowers behind was amazing. I had the most relaxing evening and morning in the pool, almost always to myself. I would very much visit here again!Guest review bySarahUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 250 reviewsYou are on Princes wharf, jutting out into the bay facing the bridge connecting north and south Aukland. A beautiful balcony with water view. Full 1 bedroom apt with fridge, cooking facilities, nespresso coffee maker and tea kettle. King size bed in an enclosed bedroom. . Laundry facilities in suite. Also for our purpose great location. Walking distance to ferries, major restaurants. About 1 km walk to Art Gallery and Albert park, Aukland University. Less of a walk to skytower.Guest review byLenCanada
- From £109.62 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very good - What previous guests thought, 1,160 reviewsVery spacious suite with amazing views, furniture modern but warm. The living area and one bedroom have floor to ceiling windows. There is a balcony, in my room it looked at the sky tower. The bathroom provides washer and dryer. The breakfast is continental and is served in the small reception/cafe area but who cares when you can take it up to your room and enjoy it on your balcony?Guest review byAngelikaSwitzerland

Auckland city isn't the nicest or safest of cities to move around in but my stay there was ok. Going mid week meant a lot of local eatery places shut at 10.00pm so after our show was difficult to go and get a meal or some tasty food. Is it easy to get around? Not really as we had to park our car off site as the Grand Chancellor has no parking and the roads are busy in the city which makes moving around quite stressful.Guest review byToms - 10.0

Most beautiful place to visit beautiful nature around and lots to do except for pricing on products and the pricing of the sculpture place pay more than $50 a person is quite steep so we opted to visit places we didn’t have to spend any money and enjoyed it just as much. Marakana is simply beautifulGuest review byCelestNew Zealand - 10.0

Originally not knowing what to expect, curiosity caused us to stop off for a coffee break, whilst travelling up to Cape Reinga. We were so impressed that we booked a night's stay on our return journey, Such is he layout of this unique township, bordering the south bank of the Mahurangi River. With buildings that date back to the late 1800's through to modern, It is very easy to walk around, there are many cafe's and restaurants scattered amongst a broad range of local businesses including craft, clothing, and a number of Boutiques selling many varied products. If you are looking for a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life and just relax in an unique Village/Township. We can easily recommend Warkworth NZ,Guest review byChrisAustralia - 8.0
Albany choosen for its location.
Albany choosen for its location. 2 Brm apartment, clean, spacious and enjoyed the 2 bathrooms. Staff fantastic, friendly and helpful. We mostly came from Australia to celebrate a sisters big 80th birthday dinner held at Campbell Bay. Location perfect. Apartments big enough for us all to gather and comfortably sit around eat chat when needed.Guest review byBettyAustralia - 2.0

No milk with supplements, had to find a local shop to buy some to have a cup of tea? Very bad management. Outside in the grounds very untidy, rubbish and dirty bedding left outside of some of the rooms when we were looking for a staff member. no staff on the property?? Very bad.Guest review byKenNew Zealand - 8.0

It was a memory lane visit for me, as I had lived in Awhitu when young. Lovely Art Collective at Pollok. Historic church and school in Awhitu central and rolling farmlands. Waiuku has amongst others, two lovely cafes which we visited - Karma in particular in Bowen St. Close to Pukekohe and Bombay where we were going on a two-day Garden Ramble.Guest review byRoseNew Zealand - 8.0

Probably not a popular destination compared to others on the island, suited us though. Good range of shops. The Woolworths supermarket was a bonus as far as buying groceries for the motel room. The RSA is a friendly destination, and provided takeaway meals for the weary traveller to take back to their motel. Some nice fashion shops worth a look too. A minor hassle was the amount of road noise heard in the motel room (probably sounded louder with the motel being situated uphill a short distance from the road). Not a problem at night.Guest review byPatriciaNew Zealand - 10.0

There is now a good selection of cafes and shops at Snells Beach. Crimson Coast Cafe and Little and Local are both outstanding for eating in. PizzaDon is good for takeaways. 4 Square supermarket is also very good, even has fresh sandwiches.Guest review byHonorUnited Kingdom
