Love my short time with Pullman. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. One thing about me when staying at a rather high end place is how I feel welcomed. The staff did not make me feel out of place at all. The facilities were amazing, I was sad to leave in the morning as I felt like I had not spent enough time in my room. I was a little disoriented when I arrived because of the design with the 3 towers. I figured it out.

Conveniently set in the centre of Auckland, voco Auckland City Centre by IHG provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. Very new rooms and very cool and relaxing design. Very spacious room with nice view on the tower. Self laundry service was very useful to wash all our clothes before our next destination. The staff was very attentive and answered all our questions. The restaurant meals were tasty for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel could hold our luggages for several days until our return for another night in the hotel.

Very friendly receptionist, felt very welcomed, room is modern & clean, large comfy bed, love the window and beautiful view, will definitely back, just hope it will be sunny for my next stay 🤣 Thanks team ：）

Ideally situated in Christchurch, The Observatory Hotel Christchurch features a buffet breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. The location is walking distance to everything and on a charming former campus. Breakfast was lovely with many options and delicious coffee. The staff were all friendly and helpful, without exception. We even used the gym, which is small, but we had it to ourselves.
