Just as described on the website, the venue is located in a small village which can be reached by gravel road. The road itself is well-maintained and we had no trouble driving in. The house itself is not big, but it does have everything one would need, plus a great panoramic view to the lake. The breakfast is served in a little restaurant nearby and it was delicious.

fantastic Heartland hasst is Excellent !!! Clean, tidy, wonderful staff, there is a fan in the room, the car is close to the room, tv, Very good location on the way. Good breakfast, big and comfortable bed and room. Excellent value for the price.

Only 10 mins walk into the centre of Glenorchy and restaurants, hotels. Very friendly owners - the studio is part of the back of their house but with a separate entrance. Good parking too. All new and modern with high quality fixtures and lovely toiletries. Very comfortable! Easy check-in with good instructions.

Clean ,warm,great hot water and shower pressure.Lovely lady at the reception with excellent advice on what conditions I can expect on the drive across the mountains.She was right.Handy breakfast out at the front,restaurant next door.
