My stay at Season Inn Hotel_Al Hail was amazing! The rate for which I got the Deluxe Double Room with Sea View was very good. I was amazed to see that the room was spacious and very well kept, even the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast was good, although it could be improved upon. All in all I enjoyed my stay at Season Inn Hotel Al Hail even though it was just for the weekend.

    Breakfast was fantastic offering varieties to satisfy all tastes. We loved the fresh pastries and the egg station. Serving staff were very accommodating, serving with a smile always. Our room was very clean and spacious with all needed amenities, and a well equipped and clean bathroom. The location was good, with close to the marina and many restaurants with excellent choice of foods available. A shopping mall was also close by, even though not fully operational. Our flight was in the late evening, so they allowed us to stay in the room till 4:00 pm, which was very convenient. I will certainly stay there again

    Friendly staff, always smiling. Great location with many restaurants nearby and even supermarkets. Hotel was really clean. In the beginning of our vacation we booked the deluxe room. The room was oke, but a little bit small and our room didnt had curtains, but only blinds that were a bit broken so it was not keeping the light. But because we loved the hotel, the location, the staff and the price/quality we booked again at the last night of our vacation. Booked the suite this time and it was perfect! Really big and comfortable. Next time we go Oman i will book this hotel again for sure!

    The remarkable staff add an extra star! Great big "Thank you" to the manager Mr Jusup for making my stay comfortable, to Honey, Hamed at reception (sorry for forgetting the other names) for all your help, to Housekeeping for keeping me clean and tidy every day, to Tito and Sudhil at the Shisha bar for the nice coffees and tasty juices! The hotel is right in the centre of things. All you need is either on the same street or a few minutes' walk away...and it will be quite challenging to choose from the many restaurants around.

    First day couldn't find a place to have breakfast in and we ended up searching for a mall and eventually having sandwiches at Starbucks No facilities for fun or family activities No decent restaurant but at malls and mostly expensive No facilities on beaches and the one in the most expensive compound Almouj is a clean beach but no showers or changing rooms or lounges

    PERFECT EXPERIENCE ... will stay again First of all Mohamed property owner is the nicest person I have met, he picked me from airport and dropped me at the airport. from the time of booking he gets in touch with me on whatsapp. Property is 5 mins drive from airport best location possible. Room very clean, nice and tidy, had everything in it required for nice stay. I would recommend 100% this property and especially Mohamed. I will definitely stay again if I get chance. thanks. Everything was good. NO issues at all. very good communication.

    Unfortunately we did not visit muscat which we regret...

    Unfortunately we did not visit muscat which we regret because it was so peaceful and very clean there at the airport and aerotel. If next time we have a transit there, for sure we will stay at least for some days to visit muscat. It is so beautiful there. I recommend to go there.

    1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language...

    1) All the staff were most helpfull, however the language barrier caused a minor hic-cup with the room service when ordering from the menu in my room. Staff took it upon themselves to ad-lib with food subsitutions from the set breakfast menu, without informing the customers. It was eventually sorted out. 2) The water pressure in the shower was very low, could do with improvement. 3) The swimming pool was not available for use untill May 2024. Other than those 3 issues the hotel represents value for money. I would stay again, but make sure the swimming pool was available for use.

    Friendly locals and exceptional hospitality…The city maintains its original charm with beautiful beaches and mountains and many valleys to explore. Very clean city and great infrastructure. Easy to get around using the Otaxi app, it’s like Uber, you will naturally get ripped off it you got a private taxi so highly recommend you download the otaxi or Yango app. Lots of food options and shopping souqs and malls.

    Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center.

    Seeb is far away (over 20 km) from city center. Nothing to see there. So not many tourists there. But it is developing. Quiet long beach but no infrastructure. You need car to get to the center! There is a lively street food market in the night where you can get great food for low price.
