The accommodation was very conveniently located for us while visiting nearby family. We could park our rental car right outside and the convenience store below the accommodation had all the essentials. It was nice and quiet at night and we sensed that the hosts had exactly the right attitude as they did everything they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. There was a temporary issue with the water pressure in our room but the hosts jumped straight on the problem, called out a plumber and rectified it. This is one of the ways in which they demonstrated excellent customer service.
