The place is perfect for solitude and tranquility. A short 2km walk to the next village can supply you with food water. All the basics are there. If you E anything to complain about then you’re missing the point.

Me and a friend stayed in the little house, which was really beautiful and set in a valley with access to a private beach. The hosts (and team maintaining the property) were super responsive, helping us to rent a moped for our visit and also arranging us a trike to the airport. All in all such a great stay – the place was extremely peaceful but still close enough to Puraran beach and the restaurants there (although I'd say it's definitely worth renting a moped to get around as the walk to Puraran is around 30 mins)! There was also great wifi!

Amazing location, right in front of the beach—just cross the street and you're there! Beautiful views and in the quietest area, yet only a couple of minutes' walk from the restaurants. The hosts are super friendly and kind. Highly recommended!

Picturesque 360 panoramic views of the coastline that are breathtaking even in bad weather coupled with great amenities and the most friendly staff you have ever met make for a relaxing and surprisingly pleasant stay. The location really is perfect, just a short walk from the beach below, with a great pool for when you want to cool down.
The penthouse has just about everything you might wish for, including a small kitchenette, smart TV and a hot shower, which is hard to find in a lot of properties on the island. The design of the place also felt like a step above the rest with attention paid to the details.
The staff went above and beyond even getting us the soft drinks we were craving in the pouring rain! The food is awesome and the breakfast hit the spot in the morning. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer...

Quiet little place with stunning views and quietly the best place to surf in all of Catanduanes. Eat down by the beach at the Majestic for a taste of authentic Filipino cuisine that won't break the bank and ask about the various activities – there was a beach volleyball tournament being played when we stayed!
Besides the trikes there is also UV vans and even a regular bus services that will let you get to Virac or all the way around the island. If you're looking for the best views and relaxing stay, Alon is your best bet here, it's a short walk down to the beach from there. Our pictures are from there...
