From the outside it might appear a bit anonymous. However, once you enter a beautiful Japanese atmosphere and top notch service from the staff meets you throughout the stay. I had the choice to pick between Hilton and Marriott - but Okura with it’s authenticity outmaneuveres them both.

In my opinion, this is the best 5 star hotel in BGC/Makati area. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly by the entire concierge team and check-in was seamless and personalized. Our king suite room was fancy, elegant modern with traditional theme. The bed was firm and comfortable, luxurious beddings and toiletries walked-in closet with double sink and free standing bathtub with city view. The free breakfast at Mireio exceeded our expectations. The service was impeccable and the food from the menu was fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located to Glorietta malls and restaurants. The hotel staff are all amazing provided world class service and top notch hospitality. We literally could not find anything wrong! If you want to experience luxury stay here. You won't be disappointed.

    Good for families. Exceeded our expectations. We called them early in the morning to check if we could check-in early because of the weather. They accommodated us accordingly. We will definitely come back. My 4 year-old daughter enjoyed the bath tub. They have an indoor pool but it's under renovation this month. The food is okay especially for those who love to eat a lot in the morning. Could still improve but you get what you paid for.

    We are regular guests of Hotel 101 Manila since hotel is very convenient to malls and restaurants. Staff are very helpful and accommodating from front desk , housekeeping, concierge and security.     My first trip to Manila I would recommend a visit to this city, it is very busy and I do advise you have some one that can speak the launage to assist, if you fly into Manila if you need a taxi either a Grab or get your own taxi other wise you will pay more that you should. But I do recommend a trip to Manila.............

    The location is good because it’s closer to mall , groceries...

    The location is good because it’s closer to mall , groceries, market and convenient for taxi transport, but my experience to the accommodation/studio flat I rented is not good due to cleanliness is poor- lots of cockroaches roaming around the place, facilities is not good, and my family are not really comfortable in staying on that place I rented . We regretted to take that place!

    Oranized caos. Shopping was okay but expensive. Traffic is mad and the International airport would rate probably the worst on the planet. Taxi price was agreed on and then he changed his mind after we got down the road. He told us to get out of his taxi or pay the extra. Really bad. I don't recomend Manila or there airport.
