The staff were amazing, so helpful and kind; the best hospitality! This is our second time staying at Lyf during our Philippines trip, our stay was very comfortable with everything we could need for a stopover in Manila. Great location close to airport and shopping mall. Very spacious and comfortable room, self-service laundry, a gym and communal area. We'd highly recommend Lyf to anyone starting or ending their Philippokes trip in Manila.

The room was exceptional (bathroom with external window), fantastic views of BGC, Makati and Manila Bay with sunset, all the facilities (swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, gym etc.) are at the top. Food choice and quality for breakfast was incredible and unique. A special thanks to Jose from the front desk. A six star hotel!

    This is an exceptional hotel in the grand/grotesque Las Vegas/Macau style. The two huge lobbies at either wing of the hotel feel like Bollywood sets! Inside is the smokey, busy casino, around it luxury shops. The rooms of very high tech, with an Ipad to control everything. We had a lovely view of Manila Bay (albeit over the bathtub). The bathroom is incredibly luxuriousness and the room itself cozy. Best of all though was the service.The concierge deserves special mention as they were very helpful solve a flight seat reservation problem - particular thanks are due to Rolhold, DV, Julian, and Kiefer.

    i have to commend all the STAFF for their stellar customer service. special mention to all the guards/security personnel for their utmost courtesy and service, they went above and beyond their call of duty. waiters and servers at Savoy Hotel Restaurant for their incomparable and unbeatable Filipino hospitality. They all made us feel at home. NOTHING BEATS FILIPINO HOSPITALITY. I am so proud of to be part of their world class service.

    My first trip to Manila I would recommend a visit to this city, it is very busy and I do advise you have some one that can speak the launage to assist, if you fly into Manila if you need a taxi either a Grab or get your own taxi other wise you will pay more that you should. But I do recommend a trip to Manila.............

    The location is good because it’s closer to mall , groceries...

    The location is good because it’s closer to mall , groceries, market and convenient for taxi transport, but my experience to the accommodation/studio flat I rented is not good due to cleanliness is poor- lots of cockroaches roaming around the place, facilities is not good, and my family are not really comfortable in staying on that place I rented . We regretted to take that place!

    Oranized caos. Shopping was okay but expensive. Traffic is mad and the International airport would rate probably the worst on the planet. Taxi price was agreed on and then he changed his mind after we got down the road. He told us to get out of his taxi or pay the extra. Really bad. I don't recomend Manila or there airport.
