Set in Porto, 2.9 km from FC Porto Museum, Hotels 705 Porto Prime Home offers accommodation with a fitness centre, private parking, a garden and a terrace. This 4-star hotel offers a bar. Breakfast was good, if a little poor on choice. More than enough to get started though, and the convenience of having it delivered to the room (as well as the wide range of times available to have it delivered) vastly outweighed any shortcomings of the breakfast itself.

Set in Braga, 700 metres from Braga Se Cathedral, INNSiDE by Meliá Braga Centro offers accommodation with a restaurant and private parking. This was a last minute booking and by far best stay on our trip. Excellent service and facilities; relaxing and beautiful space. Breakfast was very good and fresh. Staff were so kind and attentive, nothing was too much.

Well set in the centre of Porto, The Social Hub Porto provides air-conditioned rooms, an outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a fitness centre. Staying at The Social Hub Porto is always a treat—its playful interior and laid-back vibe perfectly match my mood in a city as vibrant as this. After exploring Porto on foot and staying in three different locations, I can confidently say this is my favorite spot. It's super central—just steps from main squares, lively streets, the train station, and a short downhill stroll to the Douro River. We lucked out with a room in the iconic curved façade, complete with big windows looking out over the street—absolutely gorgeous. The hotel itself is full of great amenities, but the rooftop bar and pool are the real cherry on top. Whether it’s morning coffee or an afternoon cooldown, it’s the perfect place to chill, recharge, or simply enjoy the view. With Porto’s amazing brunch scene just outside the door, we skipped the hotel breakfast and embraced the motto hanging on the flag in every room: "Let's stay in"—unless it's for pancakes. Next time I’m in Porto, I’ll be checking TSH availability first—no question about it.

Well set in Porto, Ribeira Douro Hotel features 2-star accommodation close to Palacio da Bolsa and Ferreira Borges Market. Perfect location. Excellent customer service. Staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend this property.

Located in Ericeira, within 29 km of Quinta da Regaleira and 29 km of Sintra National Palace, Praia FLH Hotels Ericeira offers accommodation with free WiFi throughout the property. Ioved the interior design of the hotel so much! In addition, it was the comfiest bed I have had in a long time. The breakfast was great. They also has complimentary tea, coffee, and sweets throughout the day. The staff was really friendly and the location superb right in the center.

The location - literally minutes walk from town but on a island surrounded by park, so it's dead silent and you look out to trees and river. It's the ideal spot for a hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful too and Tomar itself is a lovely town, enough to see and explore but not overrun by tourists.
