The hotel was fantastic, very modern and our room was upgraded to a suite in two floors. Of course we couldn't use so much space but it was nice anyway. Bedroom very comfortable. The swimming pool was good and the hot tub very appreciated. The views to the bay are also nice (although half of the view is towards the commercial harbour). It's not far from Praia da Vitória (walkable). Staff at the reception desk and at breakfast was very kind, enthusiastic and available. Breakfast was very good. We would definitely come back again to this hotel.

It was like stepping in to Versailles Palace. Absolutely amazing. Staff were exceptional. So helpful, friendly and professional. Room was so comfortable and quiet. Facilities like swimming pool & sitting room were just lovely. We didn’t use sauna, steam room or jacuzzi, but they looked great too.

Mastro has everything you can desire from a hotel! In the city center, very close to the most famous cultural heritage attractions (churches, museums, botanic garden) to restuarants, shops and bars. It is also just 1 minute on feet from the beach and the port. The hotel was recently renovated but it keeps all the old fashion (but with the most modern comforts!!). The breakfast is amazing!! But, above all, the staff is ready to help you for any needs (transfers, restuarants booking, tours organization)!

Great atmosphere, lots of books, well maintained, very clean and quiet. Lovely and helpful staff. Amazing breakfast - very tasty with a lot of variety. Had the best relaxing massage and spa experience. Would love to stay again.

I stayed at this special and unique hotel - 3 nights. Just to thank and praise. The service approach - deserves all appreciation and praise. The hotel is so beautiful and tastefully decorated, starting from the special lobby, through the amazing sitting area, the bar and its inviting space. We received an amazing welcome from the staff, especially Beatriz who's been simply the best hostess ever. The hotel opened a week before we arrived so everything was spotless. The hotel is beautiful and nicely decorated, the atmosphere is ideal. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the spa, the breakfast was very good too. A perfect stay in Angra, thank you again Beatriz!

Good breakfast and good position (5 minutes walk from the bus stop). We also got a free upgrade to our room. Reccomended.
