Centrally located near shopping, bars and restaurants, bakeries, etc. While there is no dedicated parking spot, free on-street parking is readily available around the back of the building, or in front on weekends and evenings. There is an elevator in the building, but stairs to enter from the street. Nice view from the balcony.
